Lets take a moment and talk about hathras case and some other case which happened on 22nd September and came to on light today.

The case is names as harthas because this incident was happened in the district "HARTHAS". This is the place where they show a lot of differences between upper caste and lower caste. Here in this place lower caste are UNTOUCHABLES for ex, when they go to some shop and pay the amount for what they have purchased, shop keeper spills water on that amount then they take it. If they touch anything accidentally they should purchase it. Seriously is this kind of behavior acceptable..? A big NO....
In india for every 4 mins 1 women is being raped by monsters.
Upper caste people has tried to rape the 19 year old girl prior luckily she escaped but second time she got raped.
On 14th September, one young woman has gone to the fields with her mother and she was missing. Later she found at the state where she was beaten, tortured and her toungue was cut as she bit it hardly when accuse is strangling her.
She was first admitted to Aligarh Muslim University's Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College and Hospital and then shifted to Safdarjung Hospital in Delhi on Monday where she died on Tuesday after having suffered fractures, partial paralysis and a spinal injury following the savage assault.
The accused, who had allegedly tried to strangle her to death as she resisted their rape attempt, have been arrested.
The plea was moved in the supreme court seeking directions for handling the case to the special team, the case was register under brutual gang rape and death of the woman.
Brother of the women has mentioned that her body was forcibly taken away by the police in the midnight, along with her body her father also went along with them and they forced for the cremation and has done it. Later local police were saying that cremation has done by the acceptance and by the family wish, we can say that by the violation of HUMAN RIGHTS.
ANOTHER CASE
A minor girl from madhya pradesh was raped on the 22md September and the video of this was taken and circulated it on the social media after the video came on to the light police surrounded 25 people and made them delete the video with the help of the cyber cell. Then after this they arrested the prime suspect who was 15 years old, he was the one who was recorded the video. There are two accused associated with this they blackmailed and threatened the girl by taking advantage of the video. The police has spoke that the accusers were arrested under the section 376 of IPC ( indian penal code) and relevant sections of POSCO act.
