three weeks later..
📍Kali's Apartment

I was currently trying to pack up a few overnight bags because somebody that lives on the other side of my apartment building had started a fire, so almost the whole side of the building is burnt down.

They made us all rush outside when it first transpired before they let it be known we would not be able to stay here for a few months. "I'm glad my website is gone be down for a few because of restock" I mumbled to myself as I slipped on my fur slides and slipped on my jacket although it's beginning to be summer

Hopefully it's not warm outside

I grabbed all four of my bags, two in each arm and headed out my apartment taking the stairs since the elevator was down "I ain't never seen so many people in this hallway" I mumbled to myself

Once I got to the stairs a nice looking white man was holding the door as everybody took the stairs "Thank you" I smiled at the man before I started my journey down the three flights of stairs

Fifteen minutes later..

"Cuse me" I slid past this couple heading to my car. Once I got to my car I put my bags in the back and hopped in locking my doors instantly "I needa find somebody to stay with" I unlocked my phone and started looking thru my contacts

Most def not uncle mark or my mom.

Can't do Liyah she has a family now, Can't do Tae because he gone have people coming in and out 24/7 "Hmmmm" I glanced up from my phone checking my surroundings

My sister acts like can't nobody be around her or my niece, literally ain't seen my niece since she was born  and she should be about eight months now. That leaves me with one option.

Nau'jour. Me and him got into a argument the other day and neither of us have apologized and i'll me damned if i gotta apologize for a argument I didn't start. I let out a deep breath before I pressed the call button

He answered on the fourth ring "Wassup"

"What chu doin"

"Nun, You miss me don't chu?"

Omg.

"Yeah I guess, but I need a favor" I put my phone on speaker sitting it on my thigh

"You guess? What chu need tho mamas"

"Somebody's dumb ass burned down almost half of my building so now I need somebody to stay with for a few months until they fix the building."

"Why you ain't jus come over here, you don't gotta ask"

I ignored his comment "Alright I'm on my way over there"

"Ight"

45 minutes later..

"Don't sit my stuff like that" I frowned my face up at him before putting it back how I had it

"It look better how I had it" He started moving it back "Back yo ass up Nau'jour" I pushed his skinny ass out the way as he laughed "It's not funny" I put the few things back he had moved
