I looked at Lily, smiling as she looked down at our hands. We were sitting across from each other on her couch just holding hands.
"I like you I think," she said, looking up and meeting my gaze.
I smiled again.
"I like you too."
Her face turned red as she looked down again, making me laugh.
"Lily, have I ever told you I think you're gorgeous."
She smiled and looked up.
"I think you're pretty."
I felt my chest do the little squeezing thing and my face got hot.
She pushed her self forward and we were so closed to each other I could feel her breathe. She gently placed her hand on my face and smiled.
"You take too long," I said, her face contorting in confusion.
I smiled and grabbed her shirt collar, planting my lips on hers.
