Chapter 12

Mishka's pov,
After Advik went I became busy in my work, when my concentration was broken by the ringing of my phone

"Hello, Dr Mishka Rathore speaking!!!" I said without looking at the caller ID.

"Miss Trisha Agrwal here, can I speak to my machar?" I heard the caller speak.

" Oh its you, I didn't see the caller ID, so. Now tell me why did you call?" I asked

"I am coming to your hospital. You free?" she asked

"Yaa, no patients at the moment. Anything serious?" I asked

"Ya, very much serious. Coming to meet you within half and hour." she said and cut the call.

Ughh this girl always leaves conversations in middle. Now I need to wait for half and hour. Let me eat something till she comes.

I went to canteen and ordered a sandwich. I finished having it and went back to my cabin when some  of my colleagues stopped me.
"Dr Mishka you never told us that you are going to marry Mr Advik Mathur." one of them said.

"Is he really as handsome as he is in the magazines and TV?" another asked.

"I heard that he had came to pick you up yesterday and even came to meet you this morning?" other one asked.

"Is he serious about you or just doing time pass with you? Do you know about his ex girlfriends?" one again asked

"Ladies, yes he is really handsome and he loves Mishka very much so he comes to meet him very often. Plus he is pretty serious about her. So if you all are done with your questions can I take my friend from here?" I heard Trisha's voice from back.

Before any of my colleague can speak she dragged me to my cabin

"Why were you gossiping with them? Don't you have any work???" she asked annoyed.

"Idiot I wasn't gossiping, I just came from canteen and they met in the middle. Anyways leave them tell me what important thing you wanted to tell me??" I asked

"Woh, I read everything in the newspaper and dad told me both the families plus mine and Vihan's families are all meeting today at Mathur house to discuss about your engagement and my marriage." she said

"Ya I know about that, but what's so serious in this?" I asked.

"Are you seriously ready for the marriage or just agreed because of the newspaper?" she asked

"Not as ready as you are for your marriage but still to a extent I am ready." I said

"Sunn, what about Advik's tests? We can't take it after your engagement is decided but we cant even take it in front of the elders. Now what? I really wanted to take his tests and irritate him. This is the serious matter I wanted to discuss about. " she said and I laughed seeing her excitement for the tests

" No worry, you can take the first test in front of elders. Second tests you may take before the engagement dates are decided when our parents won't be there." I said.

" Arre ha, but for the first test I need to call Advik's mom. Mishu teri to be sasu ma hai na. Call her na" she said

"Arre but I don't have her number." I said

"Call Advik and ask him. But aram se he shouldn't know about the tests." she warned me.

I nodded and called Advik. He picked up the call.

"Hello, Mishka here" I said

Before he could reply Trish snatched the phone and kept on speaker.
