Prologue

"Okay. Take it like this... Social experiment lang 'to and we really need your help Yuen. You're the only one who can pull this off. Besides, you're the only 'gay' here," pakikiusap ng isang babae sa kanya. Kasama pa nito ang dalawa pang babae na nagmamakaawa ring nakatingin sa kanya. He secretly rolled his eyes in frustration. Kanina pa siya pinipilit ng mga ito na pumayag sa gagawin nilang eksperimento.

A friend of him sitting beside him held his hand and pleaded. Nakasimangot siya nitong tiningnan at tila nagmamakaawa rin. Muli siyang napabuntong-hininga. If only he could teleport to where would that magic take him, then it would surely help him a lot. He slightly massaged his temple and faced his friend again before nodding.

"Fine," he answered. They cheered in unison, ngunit bigla siyang tumikhim dahilan upang matahimik sila ulit. "I'll only do this because Elise is my friend, nothing else."

The auburn-haired girl happily hugged him. She knew he couldn't resist her. "Yay! Thank you, Yuen! Hayaan mo, ililibre kita."

Yuen looked at her suspiciously. "The pink one?" he asked.

Elise nodded. "Yes, the pink ice cream. Can you just say strawberry flavor?" nagtataka nitong tanong habang tinitingnan siya.

Iniwas niya ang tingin sa ibang direksyon. "I can't. Basta it's pink."

Elise laughed at his statement. "Yah, what's funny?" He suddenly asked. Elise shook her head and mouthed him 'none' before a small crackle came out of her mouth again.

What a friend. Yuen mentally stated and sighed.

"Do I really need to wear this?"

Nakatayo sila ngayon sa pinakagitna ng parke. Many people have been eyeing them since they came in. May ibang kumukuha ng picture at may iba namang pinag-uusapan sila, trying to know what exactly they are doing.

Kanina pa rin siya 'di mapakali dahil sa dami ng tao sa paligid. Ugh. Social experiment really sucks. Why do we need to face other people?

"Trust me, it looks really cool and you are so cute!" Elise commented. Sumang-ayon rin ang mga kasama nito na siyang nag-ayos sa suot niya. He's wearing a unicorn onesie with a fluffy rainbow horn. It has also a short rainbow tail on its back. Nagmukha siyang 6 years old dahil sa suot at idagdag pa ang height niyang 5'6". Kaya kanina pa siya pinagtitinginan ng mga tao at may mangilan-ngilan pang kumukuha ng litrato. Tatlong bagay lang ang nasa isip ni Yuen ngayon: mainit, pagkain, tulog. Guess what's the top most priority?

"Ah, he's so cute!"
"Hello! Can we take a photo with him?"
"What's his name?"

Muli siyang napalingon sa paligid. A bunch of girls are talking about him a meter away. He rolled his eyes again. Gusto na niyang umuwi.

"Can we start now? Ang init-init nitong pinasuot ninyo sa akin," he said, complaining to the cotton onesie he was wearing while under the scorching heat of the sun.

"Fine. Eto isuot mo pa," utos ni Elise. Binigyan siya nito ng isang placard, saying, 'I'm gay. Can I get a hug from you?'. He almost forgot. Their social experiment was about how people would treat homosexuals. If they're gonna hug him like what was written on the placard or throw him something like a ripe tomato and call him gay. Of course, everything will be recorded.

Wala siyang nagawa kundi isukbit ang tali sa leeg at muling humarap sa paligid. He guess the social experiment starts now. Elise and her members kept a distance from him, while holding a camcorder and waiting for what they're expecting to happen. Several minutes had passed at wala pa ring yumayakap sa kanya. Some are just passing him while some are too shy to do so. Still, walang magawa si Yuen kun'di ang tumayo sa gitna at mag-antay na may mangyayari.
