Three months have passed and its hard to believe that I haven't cried, not even once. At school prom and getting into college was all they talked about now
"So what college are you guys going to?" Nicky asks
"Tracy and I are going to the university of Hause" Chloe says
"I got admission into Oxford" connor says, I was happy for him when I found out, he wants to study art there
"I don't know what I wanna study, maybe fashion?.... Nah I don't know, plus all the schools I applied in haven't responded" Nicky said looking frustrated
"It'll be fine Nicky don't worry.....how about you Nicholas" I ask and he smiles
"I don't plan on going to college, I wanna stay back home and become a rapper" he says with a smirk
"That sounds cool'' Chloe said with a shy smile making him smile back
" Do you wanna go to prom with me?" Nic asks Chloe from out of the blue, her cheeks turn baby pink
"Uhh, yeah..sure" she says causing him to laugh
"Who knew Chloe could be this adorable" he says and keeps laughing making her glare at him
I saw the change in Nicky's mood, everyone had a prom date except her "Where has zayn been?, he hasn't even been replying my texts or calls" Nicky said with sad eyes and I turn to connor
"I don't know where he is, he just disappeared" connor says and I sigh
"Don't worry Nicky, he'll come around" I said trying to re assure her and she nods

After all the wait, prom was finally here, I was at nichole's house trying to get ready
"I don't think I want to go Tracy, I'll be the girl without a date" she says still laying on her bed in sweatpants and a crop top, zayn hasn't shown up...nobody knows where he is, I'm heartbroken for Nicky and angry at zayn, why get into a relationship with someone when you know you can't be committed
"I could cancel on connor so we would be single together" I say and she shakes her head
"No,I can't do that to you or connor" she says
"C'mon Nicky, who knows maybe he'll show up" I said and she nods in agreement
"I'll go change" she said dragging her feet, ever since he left she's been miserable
We got ready and came downstairs
