Echo POV:
I suddenly woke up in a basement. I could feel the cold concrete under me. I tried looking around to see if I could recognise where I was at. As my vision finally cleared, it finally hit me... THIS WAS MY HOUSE!
I sat up to see if my father or sister were around. I haven't heard any noise upstairs, so I got up to look for a way out. I found Josh around the corner. "Josh! Are you ok!?" I went over to him. Josh groaned and woke up. "Josh! Are you Ok?" I asked him. "Ugh. My head." Josh said. "We're at my old house. I haven't heard David or Heather upstairs though." "Wh-who?" "David is my blood father and Heather is my sister." I explained and he nodded. "Have you found anyone else yet?" He asked me. "No, not yet, I just woke up too." I explained to Josh. "Ok, can you get up?" I asked. "Yeah, I think so." Josh got up and we went to look for the others.
I noticed the bookshelf in the corner of the basement, for some reason, my father was always so weird about it, like he didn't want anyone to go near it, no matter what. Well, I'm gonna ignore your rules now, David. I went over to it and noticed like a weird outline on the wall around it, We tried to move the bookshelf but it wouldn't budge. I decided to look on the bookshelf for anything weird. I noticed this one book that seemed out of place, like, the pages didn't look real, I decided to check it out, so I tried pulling it off the shelf, only to hear a click and the bookshelf swing open.
(Door like this, remind me to fill my future house with these)
We went down the flight of stairs to see a creepy mostly empty room, but... Everyone else was in here!
