It's okay to express your insecurities, anxieties, and depressing feelings. When you realize something isn't for you and you can no longer pursue it, it's acceptable to sometimes give up. Nothing is wrong. Be less of a perfectionist for accuracy in a world where mistakes abound. It's normal and acceptable to have anguish. Don't doubt yourself. Don't hate yourself. It's okay. Everyone went in that place too.

Looking back, you'll be grateful to yourself—for consistently putting up the effort on a daily basis to improve. For overcoming your mind's depressing ideas about your situation. Someday, you will just laugh about it all. Worry not, everything is normal and it's okay, buddy!
