season 4 episode 2

______

ANASTASIA WAS STANDING WITH STEVE IN THE BACK ROOM, he had been trying to flirt with her all morning, which wasn't working out in his favor because he flirted like a horny teenager. Still, his moves somehow worked on Anna as she was trying to control herself considering there was also customers and Robin was with them. Anna pushed Steve's face away from her, jumping back down from the counter as she fixed her top, she noticed the smug look on Steve's face as he watched her.

She rolled her eyes, walking past him and over to where Robin was who pulled a face at the couple who were still in their 'honeymoon' phase. Robin was pleased for them of course but she felt jealous that they had found one another when she couldn't even talk to Vickie without messing it up.

Steve started helping Robin put away the movies, as Robin explained what happened at the game with Vickie. "Then Vickie laughed. And it wasn't like a cheap, fake laugh either. It was like....It was a real, genuine laugh."

Steve shrugged, "Of course. It's my Muppet joke. It's hilarious."

"I still don't get it." Anastasia interrupted, Robin and Steve had a few inside jokes and one of the main ones was with Tammy Thompson, she wasn't really sure if she even wanted to know what the joke was truly about, but she assumed it was related to Tammy's awful singing.

"Anyways, my point is that Vickie laughed and everything was just like...It was perfect." The short haired girl explained excitedly.

"But?"

"But I'm having this problem where it's like, I should stop talking. I have said everything I needed to say. But then I guess I get nervous and the words keep spilling out, and it's like my...my brain is moving faster than my mouth, or....or rather my....my mouth is moving faster than my brain. I'm digging this hole for myself, and I want to stop digging. I'm trying to stop, but I can't. And I'm doing it right now, aren't I?" Robin rambled nervously, following behind the couple who shared amused glances.

Steve rested his arm on the side, his other one on his hip. "Yeah, you are."

Robin exhaled, pushing herself against the poster on the wall. "Oh, I'm hopeless."

The other two joined her, Anna resting her head against Steve's shoulder. "Eh. We know you are."

"If only you two could just like....help me." Robin shared her idea with them, causing them to raise their eyebrows. "Think about it. I know exactly what I want, and I've found the girl of my dreams, but I just can't get the courage to ask her out. Meanwhile, you two are dating and are like all lovey dovey and shit. So, if you just help me say the right things, then maybe I can stand a chance of finally dating the girl of my dreams. Because, I mean, alone, let's face it....I suck at flirting."

"You totally suck." Steve agreed, humming along to what she was saying.

"Totally and utterly." Robin said, before her eyes caught onto a movie, "Ooh, I think I found our morning movie." She ran to the other side, picking the movie up and showing it off with a smile. "Doctor Zhivago."

"Ugh, you know I don't do double VHS." Steve complained miserly.

"But it's about doomed love." Robin tried to convince him, she knew she didn't need to try and persuade Anna because she would watch anything.

"Oh, well, that's relatable for you."

"Precisely. Also, Julie Christie is b-b-bonkers hot in this." Robin said dreamingly, walking ahead of Steve who was pushing along the trolley of movies, Anna trailing behind the two. "Like, seriously, the most beautiful creature I have seen in my life."
