season 4 episode 3

_____

THEY HAD WENT OUT TO GET DELILAH AND EDDIE SOME FOOD, since they were going to be spending more time trapped inside the boat house they needed to stock up on some essential foods. So, they left the two alone and headed to the store where they grabbed the first foods they could find, and the ones Eddie had suggested. Meanwhile, Delilah went back to only speaking to Eddie.

Anastasia helped carry some of the bags, following behind Steve who would occasionally ask her if she needed any help, which received in him getting a deadly glare. They reached the boat house, with Dustin slamming open the door accidently, "Delivery service." he announced, showing the bags off food as Anna grinned from behind Steve. Eddie and Delilah were in the corner, with the boy standing in front of her to protect her which Anna found cute.

Steve wiggled his fingers at them, as Anna pulled a face at. They handed over the food to them, as Delilah ate a chocolate bar while Eddie chose to eat the cereal out of the box with his hands. Dustin started off the conversation, "So we got, uh, some good news and some bad news. How do you two prefer it?"

"Bad news first, always." Eddie said, which Delilah agreed with.

"All right. Bad news." Dustin repeated, finding a way to word what he was trying to say. "We tapped into the Hawkins PD dispatch with our Cerebro, and they're definitely looking for the two of you. Also, they're, uh, pretty convinced you killed Chrissy."

Delilah's face dropped, a sorrow expression covering her face as Anna moved closer to her. Max then added on, "Like, 100% kind of convinced."

Eddie looked back at Dustin after, "And the good news?"

Robin replied instead. "Neither of your names have gone public yet. But if we fond out about you, it's a matter of time before others do. And once that gets out, everyone and their shallow-minded mother is gonna be gunning for you two."

Eddie's voice cracked as he said. "Hunt the freak, right?"

"Exactly."

"Shit." Eddie whispered, hearing the news Delilah moved closer to him without realizing.

Dustin said, "So, before that happens...We need to find Vecna, kill him, and prove your innocence."

"That's all, Dustin? That's all?" Eddie asked sarcastically.

"Yeah, no, that's pretty much it." Dustin squeaked, his voice getting higher as he replied.

Delilah sighed. "And my brother? Does he know anything yet?"

Steve stared at her, they hadn't heard anything from her brother but he most likely would have known by now. Anastasia took is upon herself to answer the girl. "We don't know yet, but we'll find out."

Delilah made eye contact with Anna for a moment. "Thank you."

Robin exhaled a sigh. "Listen, Eddie, Delilah, I know everything Dustin is saying sounds totally delusional, but we've actually been through this kind of thing before. I mean, they have a...a few times, and...and I have once. Mine was more human-flesh-based, theirs was more smoke-related, but bottom line is, collectively, I really feel we got this."

Steve shrugged, glancing at Anna for conformation on what he was going to say before. "We usually rely on this girl who has superpowers, along with Anna. But, uh, those went bye-bye, so..."

Anastasia waved at them as Delilah and Eddie stared at her in shock, their eyes widening even more when she proved what Steve was saying by showing off her powers through her hands, circling the red orb around.
