"Thank You and Goodbye"
Thank you for the memories we shared,
The love we had, the moments we bared,
Though our paths may now diverge,
I'm grateful for the lessons we learned.
You taught me how to love and trust,
And showed me what it means to be just,
Our time together was a treasure,
A bond that will always be a measure.
I'm happy for the moments we had,
The good and the bad, the happy and the sad,
But now it's time for us to part,
And let go of each other's heart.
I wish you happiness and love anew,
With someone who will cherish and love you true,
May you find the happiness you seek,
And live a life that's happy and sweet.
Thank you again for all that we had,
For the moments that made us happy and glad,
I'll always remember you with fondness,
And wish you the best, without a second guess.
