011:Spy

"Will didn't want me to tell anyone, but on Halloween night he saw a sort of shadow in the sky," Mike said. "A shadow?" Lucas asked."What kind of shadow?" Dustin asked."I don't know, but it scared him," Mike said. "And if Will really does have true sight, I mean of he can see into the Upside Down, maybe he saw the shadow again yesterday," Mike said. "So that's why he was frozen like that," Lucas said. "Maybe," Mike said.

"Can it hurt him?" Dustin asked afraid for Will. "I mean if the shadow isn't from our world," She finshed.
"I'm not sure, Dustin?" Mike asked.
"Well if your in another plane, you can't interact with the material plane so theoretically, no, the shadow can't hurt him," He answered. "Yeah if that's even what's happening," Mike said shrugging "What? this isnt D&D. This is real life," He said. "So what can we do?"
"We acquire more knowledge, I'll go to wills after school, See what's going on," Mike said.

Lucas and Dustin both shared a look at each other confused on why Mike hasn't addressed Erics absence

"Look I'm just gonna say it, where's Eric?"Lucas asked turning to Mike

"Why are you looking at me?" Mike asked defensively

"Maybe because you were with him!" Lucas snapped back

Dustin stared at the Wheeler boy longer analysing he facial expression. Mikes face was filled with worry and fear

Dustin looked a bit lower as saw a bruise now formulating on his neck

"Mike... what happened to your neck?"

"Nothing. Nothing" he said trying to hide it with his jacket

"No.. no, you and Eric were talking in the bathroom. Suddenly he runs out and leave school and now you have a bruised neck." Dustin spoke putting the pieces together

"Did Eric fight you?" Lucas asked shocked he knew Eric had anger issues but he never let it out in his friends

"No! Just leave it alone.I'll explain it tomorrow. Gotta go" Mike turned to the others. "You stay here and find Dart,"

"Dart? What's he gotta do with this?" Dustin asked. "Will heard him in the upside down, I don't know how yet, but he's gotta be connected to all of this, He's gotta be," Mike said "If we find Dart maybe we can solve this thing,"
The group nodded. "Then maybe we can help Will," "and see what the hell is going on with Eric, " Mike mumbled to himself

Eric's heart was pounding as he pedaled his bike down the empty street, his mind racing with thoughts he couldn't control. As he turned the corner onto his block, he felt a chill run down his spine, and he knew that something was wrong. He sprinted to his front door, fumbling with his keys until he finally got the lock open and slammed the door shut behind him. He ran up the stairs to his room, locked the door, and sank to the floor, He opened the drawer of his bedside table and shakingly grabbed his pills drowning them down

"It's not real, none of this is real" he spoke to himself holding his head and rocking himself

Eric's hands shook as he tried to steady himself, but it was like he was no longer in control of his own body. Tears streamed down his face as he felt like he was losing his mind.
His veins shifted to black once more and Suddenly, a deep, dark voice spoke from inside his own head, causing him to cry out in terror.

"In time, Maverick Alvarez. In time." The voice was so powerful that Eric felt like he was being crushed under its weight. He tried to fight back, but it was like he was fighting against an invisible force that was too strong for him to overcome. He could feel his grip on reality slipping away, and he didn't know how much longer he could hold on.

Eric's eyes suddenly burst open as he looked around at where he was. He was still in his bedroom and by the looks of it Leo was brought home by their dad.

He looked outside and saw that the daylight was now coming to an end

Lucas had picked up Max and was now riding to Eric's house. Nobody had heard from the boy since yesterday so they decided to check on him first.

He knocked on the door as he faintly heard someone calling to open the door

The door opened, revealing a very surprised looking Eric. The boy had dark bags under his eyes and was in a pair of pyjamas pants however nothing on top. Since yesterday he had felt way too hot even though outside was almost below freezing. He saw Lucas and smiled slightly, his gaze then moved to the person standing next to him and his eyes widened as he quickly slammed the door in a max and Lucas face.

He rushed to his bedroom and grabbed a t-shirt. Now wanting to die of embarrassment. He had forgotten that he wasn't wearing a shirt and now max had seen him

He came back downstairs to open the door once more

"What are you doing here?" He asked as Lucas and Max

"I'll explain on the way. Let's go"

"' dude I'm in pyjamas"

"Yeah and so?"

"I'm not really feeling good right now" Eric continued. It was true. He was somehow sweating and the shirt he had just recently put on was already becoming damp

Lucas dragged Eric out of the house and forced him to follow anyway

Lucas had explained to Eric what had happened and now he was stressing out once more

"Wait, you knew about this whole demegorgan shit" Max asked the boy who was somehow peddling past the two with ease

"Yeah"

"This better be good, stalker." Max said while glaring at Lucas as the two boys began driving away towards the proof.

"I said medium-well!" Lucas called out as the trio arrived at the place which looked like a graveyard for cars. The junkyard.

Max got off Lucas bike as the Eric looked down to see Dustin and... Steve Harrington?

Dustin pulled Lucas and Eric with him leaving Max to converse with Steve

"I thought we agreed on NOT telling her!" Dustin snapped and the two boys

"I didn't fucking know that Lucas told her don't try put this shit on me!" Eric snapped back

Both boys stared at the boy who snapped

Something was going on

"Eric what happened that day when you touched Will on the field-" Lucas asked yet before Eric could answer Steve yelled to the three

"How come it's only this random redhead helping me. You can have your mothers meeting later! We loose daylight soon!"
