I sat back on my bed and looked at the ceiling
I turned and looked at my phone

I texted Miles
'U busy rn?' He took a few seconds then replied
'Yea but I can still text'
Should I talk to him?

Of course opposites attract so miles can go without reassurance or talking for way longer than I can

I got up and went to check the doors
They were already locked
I sat on the couch and watched a movie
Then miles came through my door with his extra key

I sat up and smiled at him
