Waking up from her dazed state, Scout checked her phone. Her screen lit up with notifications, shaking frantically against the bedside table.
"what the f-"
"morning sleepyhead! you're popular ey?" bellowed scout's girlfriend, marching into her bedroom full of energy.
"mate i don't even know what's going on, am i being cancelled or something?" scout joked.
The blonde climbed onto the bed and curled into the girl's side, "well don't be letting the fame get to your head and then you go off and leave me", indicating a joking insecurity that bubbled inside her.
"i wouldn't do that to you, i'm not that brutal", the girl replied, stroking at the hair on top of her lover's head, "i'm gonna check though 'cause i'm so confused why so many people have followed me"
"okay well i'm gonna go to the gym now that i know you're awake, i'll be back in a bit!" the blonde said, beginning to rise from the mattress.
"okay i'll see you later then"
Bethan left the room and the sound of the front door closing soon followed.
Scout picked up her phone and began to open instagram and what she saw confused her...
