Thanks for reading our book.
We just wanted to say, if anyone feels the way Silva did through out this book, please remember that you are not alone, if you need someone you can can to us (both authors of this book).
We also wanted to comment on what Tyler said about that many people don't even realise who is there for them until they do something (like attempt suicide), this quote is a bit like the quote "You never know how much someone/something means to you until you lose it" it's just it's like the opposite -"You never know how much you mean to someone until they nearly lose you." We also need to make it clear that this does not necessarily apply to everyone but I am sure you will find who is there for you sooner or later. This is also not a reason so attempt suicide either so please don't think that.
I don't remember if there is any other quotes/beliefs or anything that we need to comment on, but I want to say, most of these are things (the negative things mainly) that we have believed throughout our experiences.
