{Day before Tami's birthday/Simon's POV}

"So let me get this straight. It's Tami's birthday tomorrow and you lot are taking the girls out to help with gifts and stuff but leaving Tami alone at home? And you want me to go over?" I asked as I watched Josh, Vik, Tobi and Ethan put their shoes and jackets on while I sat on the steps

"Basically" Ethan said

"Just keep her company, take her shopping or out for a meal. Anything. Stay at the house if you have to" Josh said

"I'm meant to spend my Friday night with a student who I saw earlier today? Why are the girls leaving the shopping stuff till last minute?" I asked

"They didn't leave it till last minute. It's just a few stuff left to get, that's it" Vik said

"What are the girls telling Tami?" I asked

"Going clubbing because that way Tami can't tag along plus they will not mention that you're going over" Tobi said and I sighed before standing up

"I'll leave 10 minutes off you guys" I said as I walked up the stairs to get ready

{Tami's POV}

"You guys are seriously leaving me? A day before my birthday. Why can't I come along?" I asked and pouted, I was being left alone a day before my birthday with nothing to do

"We'll be back before midnight, we're not leaving forever" Freya said

"We're going clubbing, you're not 18 Tami" Kay said

"I'm turning 18 tomorrow!" I said

"Exactly, it's your last day of being 17 so enjoy it" Jenny said and I pouted more

"Shut up! Just because you turned 18 last month doesn't mean you have to rub it in" I said

"Tami, we'll be back. Stop being a child about this, you're a young adult" Freya said

"It's just not fair that you guys are leaving me with nothing to do" I said

"You'll find something to do around the house or going for a walk on your own, clear your mind" Natalie said

"You guys are boring" I said before going upstairs

"WE'RE LEAVING" I heard Kay shout just as I slam my door shut

"DON'T CARE" I shouted back

"TAMI" Freya shouted and I sighed feeling bad

"STAY SAFE AND DON'T GET KILLED" I shouted

"Please" I whispered before I hear the front door closing. I go to my bed and drop down before staring at the ceiling, I sigh and just stay silent

"I'M SO FUCKING BORED" I shout before sitting up and looking around, my eyes land on my speakers and an idea pops into mind. I get off my bed and grab my phone iPod before grabbing my speakers as well then going downstairs

I go to the living room and set my iPod in the speaker then place the speaker on the table. I pick one of my random playlists and hit shuffle before putting the volume all the way up. Lovin' So Hard by Becky G comes on, I smile and sing along since this is my favourite song after That's Me Right There by Jasmine V

I unlock the door and open it to reveal Mr Minter. I stare at him surprised yet shocked

The song ends and it's just awkward silences between us. Definitely was not expecting my gym teacher to be at my house on a Friday night...

I don't know to be honest, I'm just stalling until chapter 40 which is Tami's birthday so I'm just being random XD
