{Tami's POV}

After signing out forms and saying bye to each other, the race was finally starting. Couples v couples. We decided to record the whole trip so we can see what each couple was up to while on the journey, of course anything explicit wouldn't be shown. Simon was driving since I didn't have my licences but I feel bad. Right now, me and Simon were at a store that we found to pick up some food for our trip to New York from Boston. 3 hours and 53 minutes drive. It doesn't seem long but knowing Simon, we'll be taking longer than 3 hours and 53 minutes to get there. We had made sure that we can return the cars in hollywood, turns out the manager has a brother who owns same company. Family business basically. Me and Simon were practically picking up random stuff to eat, I've managed to pick up crisps and sweets while Simon picked up drinks, cakes and sandwiches. Sandwiches so we have somewhat proper food. We both meet at the cashier and set everything down

"We need to be careful with cash and how we spend it" I said

"Don't worry about cash, me and the guys have our cards with us so we can easily find a exchange machine or place and get more money. Work money saved up" Simon said

"You sure? I have some cash as well" I said

"We'll split cash" Simon said and I smile. We pay for everything before grabbing the bags and leaving the store, we get back to the car and set everything in the back before hopping in

"Ready?" Simon asks as he starts the car

"Yep! Let's go" I said and giggle. Simon leans over and kisses me, I smile and kiss back. Simon pulls me closer and I giggle before pushing him away

"Later" I say quietly and he smiles before pecking my lips. I sit back in my seat and Simon starts to drive

"By the way, if we see any drive-thru. We are going, we can't risk being low on food" Simon said and I notice something up ahead

"There is a McDonalds drive-thru there" I said and point at it, Simon instantly drives to the drive-thru and I laugh

"Early dinner for us" Simon said and I laugh more

"What you getting?" Simon asked

"Chicken mayo with chips and caramel iced frappé, You?" I said

"I'll get the same but we are also getting chicken nuggets" Simon said before driving up to the mic

"Welcome to McDonalds. What can I get you today?"

"Two chicken mayo, two fries, one caramel iced frappé, one coke and 20 chicken nuggets" Simon said

"Ok, just drive up to the window"

"Thank you" Simon said before driving up to the window to get our food

{Skipping a few minutes}

After me and Simon had our burgers, Simon started to drive to New York. I was munching on chips but also feeding Simon a chip now and then

"Already liking this trip a lot" Simon said and I giggle while feeding him a chip

"You just like the fact that I'm feeding you" I said

"...Maybe..." Simon said and I giggle before kissing his cheek...

I don't know, I have a plan for this road trip but I don't wanna jump straight into it
