You Came, You Left

You came into my life when I least expected

and showed me your world which was very chaotic.

Timid at first, I started to like it.

From you I learned to kiss, to hug, to love another,

for that I have to thank you.

Yes, you were my first (and maybe last),

Yes, you were a bitch,

Yes, you were hard to talk to,

Yes, I was hard to talk to.

I spoke so little, there's so more I want to tell

but it's time you say one last goodbye

and scream at me to shut up and leave

for my own good, and yours.

I'll smile again, of that I'm sure,

I'll cry again, of that I'm sure,

I'll miss you, of that I'm sure,

I won't forget you, of that I'm sure,

I'll see you tomorrow, of that I'm unsure.
