How would you describe the color to someone that can't see it?

Pink is the color of the bows that tied her hair when you were kids
Her eyes were the Blue of the sky, but not the Blue of the ocean
Green is the color of the forests you ran after her in
Purple is how it felt when you realized you loved her
It was Orange when, stuttering, you asked her to be yours
Those Green woods turned Red when she kissed you for the first time, high up in the trees
Your chest felt Pink when she laid her head on it
It was Lavender every time she held your hand
It was Yellow when you ran your fingers through her hair
It was Gray when she said goodbye
And when you ran with tears streaming from your face into those woods that she had turned Red, that was Blue
But that wasn't the Blue of her eyes, or of the sky
that was the Blue of Hurricanes
