Preston's POV
I smile as Rob pulls me along. It's our one month anniversary and he has a special surprise for me. I can't wait to see it. He stops me after a while of walking. "Ok. Slowly take off the blindfold but keep your eyes closed." He says. I do as told. I feel warm lips on mine and open my eyes when we part. He smiles and then moves out of the way. I gasp as I look around. "How'd we end up in a forest?" I ask. "We're in my back yard. Dad has alot of land." He says. We were in an enchanting forest. (Pic above) The trees were beautiful and in the small opening we were in had fairy lights hanging from above. There was a small wooden walkway that led to a small area for a picnic. "If we ever get married. This is what it'll look like. But better. You'll wear a white tux while I'd wear a black one. We'd walk down this beautiful aisle and our friends would be forced to suffer and stand up as we tell each other our vowels and the preacher speaks." He explains as he leads me down the walkway. I was completely mesmerized by him. His brown eyes reflecting fireflies, telling a story of their beautiful lives. His voice was deep and calming, able to lead the creatures around us to dance gracefully to the song he was basically singing. We stop at the end of the aisle at the stage and he pulls me closer, wrapping his arms around my waist and I put mine gently on his chest. "And when he says 'you may kiss the groom' we'll share the most beautiful kiss. We won't hear the screams of joy by our friends and family. We won't see the people around us. Just this scene we're in right now. Our present selves doing the exact same thing." He says and kisses me. I kiss back with as much passion as he was. He was right. All the crickets and birds were drowned out and all I could picture in my mind was this moment right now. We part and stare into each others eyes. "And we can't forget the rings." He says and pulls a box out of his pocket. I stare at it with glistening eyes. I was about to cry. God don't let this be what I think it is. It's too soon. He opens it and I see two promise rings. I cry out in joy. It isn't! It's great! Promise rings! He takes them out and holds his hand out. "May I?" He asks. I nod and put my hand on his, letting him slip the ring on. I take the other and put it on him. We share another passionate kiss then sit on the small stage. He grabs a picnic basket and pulls out food. "This isn't the best reception but it's all I got for now." He says. He pulls out two slices of cake and some KFC. I giggle. "It's perfect to me." I say. He smiles and we begin to eat. Afterwards I pull out my present, which was nothing compared to what Rob just did. He takes the keychain with the picture of us in it with a smile. "I think it's perfect." He repeats what I had said earlier. I smile. "What did I do to deserve such an amazing man like you?" I ask. "You were there for him." He says. I crawl onto his lap and kiss him. He kisses back, me being the hormonal teenager I am, I licked his bottom lip. We begin to make out for a bit before he started to grind upwards into me. I moan lightly and grind down onto him too. His hands reach up my shirt and he begins to feel around my chest and sides. I shiver a bit in pleasure from his cold hands touching my warm body. He then reaches to pull off my tight skinny jeans. I moan lightly but then. My phone rings! I groan and look at Rob apologetically before getting up and answering the phone. "What is it Ben?" I knew it was her because she is the only one to have the audacity to call. "It's M-Mitch." Mitch chokes out. I frown. "What's wrong Mitch?" I ask. "It's Jerome he..." He let's out a sob. "Is he hurt?" I ask. "No. He l-left without telling us. I just got to his house. It's empty. There was just a note in a kitchen where he explained he was
l-leaving to Jersey and that he was breaking up with me-e." He sobs. I tear up. "He didn't even say goodbye?" I ask. "No. To no one." He says. I sigh. "Call a pack meeting at my house. I'll be there soon." I say. "O-ok." He says. I hang up and put my phone in my pocket and wipe my eyes off before turning to Rob. "We're going home." I say. "But-" He said. "We're. Going. Home."I say. He sees how serious I am and stands up, fixing his messed up hair. I button up my jeans and wipe the dirt from my butt and knees. I follow him to his house and then he borrows his dad's car to drive us to my house. When we get to the basement everyone was there, including Mom. "Why's Mom down here?" I ask. "She deserves to know." Mitch says. His eyes were red and puffy, his fists were bruised, his hair looked like it had been pulled. He had a breakdown at Jerome's house. Oh God. I sigh. "Sit down Rob." I say. Rob hesitantly sits between Ben and Lachlan. "What's going on?" Mom asks. Mitch walks over to me. "We have bad news." He says. "Jerome has been kicked from the pack." I say. They all go silent. Mom laughs. "Stop joking around sweetie. He's your best friend." She says. "Not anymore. We got in a fight." Mitch says. God Mitch. You're making that up to look less pathetic. I need to have you vent when we're alone. They all go silent. "Crying. Bruised fists. Messy hair. Clothes a bit messed up. The two got in a fight. Mitch attempted to punch Jerome but was too scared to. He hit the wall instead. Then started crying. Jerome attempted to get them back together with make up sex. It worked for a bit but Mitch got mad and left. Makes sense." Ben says. Mitch whimpers. He wishes that were the case. I can tell. He and I both know the make up sex would have worked. Mom springs up and hugs Mitch. "Oh my poor baby you lost so much. Do you want to stay here for a bit? I know your mom will kill you if she sees the state you're in and finds out why you're in it." Mom rants. Mitch sniffles and nods. "Please do." He says. Mom nods and pulls out her phone, walking off. The others were shocked into silence. Vikk starts crying. "Can't he stay in the pack?" He asks. "No. Look at Mitch. Jerome being around him will make things worst. Besides. Jerome already made it clear he doesn't want all of us near him." I explain. God I'm making Jerome the bad guy to help Mitch. Well. He IS the bad guy in a way. He left without saying goodbye, broke my friend's heart, and ruined my gay moment with Rob. "I-I..." Rob mutters. "What?" I ask. "This is stupid! Ben you should know this! Jerome would never do that to Mitch. They love each other way too much!" Rob says. Ben gets up and grabs his ear, pulling him towards her. "Love doesn't always work out Rob. Now I suggest you stop making things worst." Ben say. Rob goes silent but continues to glare at the ground.
