Chapter-19

"Where is she?" Shouted Sam.

The room was dead silent. Everyone's face was as if they saw a ghost. What will we do now?

Will we be able to find her?

The most haunting thing about that was that in order to find her we have to get splitted. Will we be safe?

There were many questions which cannot be answered.

"I don't know. She was just sitting beside me. I didn't notice her leaving." cried out Jessi.

"Why are we always getting into such situations?" Spoke Inba.

"What are we going to do now?" Asked Jessi.

"We are going to find her." I said.

"It isn't safe Rose." said Diana.

"But there's No other way left. We have to find her." I shouted.

"She is correct." Said Allwyn joined by Ajish, Gaurav and Jake.

"Fine. But we have to pair up for that. I am not going to wander in forest alone." Said Diana folding her hands.
We all agreed.

"Okay. We all have to spilt in different directions from here." Spoke Allwyn.

Now it was only me and Allwyn. We ran through the woods. It felt like hours has passed. But there was no trace of Rihana.

Yes! It was Rihana who is missing. We searched the house but she was nowhere. Actually we didn't even know when she left. It was after whole 3 hours we came to know that she was missing. That too after we all got bored watching movies. It was Jessi who found that Rihana was not in the room.

The moment she said that we all became alert and now here we are searching for her.

Suddenly we heard someone shouting. We ran towards that direction only to see Felina's body slowly falling towards the ground. Allwyn ran towards her side and I was stuck to the same spot because my eyes fell on the other thing lying aside.

It was when everyone came. The moment their eyes fell on the ground, Gasp's escaped from everyone's mouth.

"Oh My God." Cried out Inba.

Diana started crying in Ajish's arm's. Sam and Jake had a blank expression. Suhana was crying her eyes out. Rahul looked shaken and so was Gaurav. Jessi fainted beside Inba and here I was standing still not knowing what to do. My mind was running a marathon. This cannot continue was the only thought which kept on repeating in my mind.

Someone cleared their throat beside me. It was Allwyn.

"I think we should bury her here." Were the only words he spoke as he and his friends went to bring something for digging.

We all girls didn't speak anything. Jessi was still crying hugging Inba tightly. Felina and Diana stood still. My eyes slowly fell on Rihana's body. It was same as that of the other murder's. Fingers cut off. Toes cut off. Everything same. Her eyes were wide open. It showed how afraid she was.

"Rose." Suhana called out. I turned towards her.

She looked strong. But I know, inside she is hurt a lot. Rihana was one of her friend. Even though I don't like Rihana I don't know why I feel as if I lost some part of my body. If I can feel this way then I am sure that Suhana is more hurt than I am.

"If this is what is to happen. Then No one can stop it." Spoke Suhana. I simply nodded my head.

After some time Felina spoke.

"They are back."
We all let out a breath.

I turned to see all of them walking towards us.

After an hour all the formalities came to an end and we came back. All were exhausted. No one spoke anything. It was Ajish who warned us not to go anywhere alone.

After all these incidents, I personally don't think that anyone will dare to go alone. But this was not which kept running in my mind.

"Rose! I lost my hope. I don't think that we are going to make it alive from here." Said Inba sitting beside me.

I don't know why but I too felt the same but something stopped me from thinking so.

"We are gonna make it." I said with full sincerity.

Yes. We simply can't let this happen anymore. Somehow we have to find the murderer and to do that we simply can't sit back hiding.

"Why do we always find Felina wherever such things happen?" Spoke Riya.

"Yeah. The murder's started only after she joined our college." Said Inba deep in her thoughts.

"I too feel the same." Spoke Diana.

"We should not make assumptions guys!" I said.

"But just think Rose. If we relate everything, I am sure that she is the one behind all this." Said Riya.

I didn't say anything

After that they began discussing about it. Allwyn was busy with his friends. I was left alone with my own thoughts.

"Dinner is ready." Shouted Suhana from kitchen.

I didn't even know when they started cooking!

We all took our usual places. Felina was not here. Maybe she knew that she was the talk of the house now. Rahul also stayed with her.

I was sitting beside the window. It was still raining. Many thoughts kept running in my mind.

"Hey babe. What are you doing here?" Said Allwyn sitting beside me.

"Uhmm...just thinking about something." I said.

He slowly took my hands in his and spoke.
"I know it's too much. But don't worry Rose, everything will become normal."

"How is that possible? We are not even sure that we can make it out of here. More over the murderer is one of us. What are we gonna do?" I broke down.

He pulled me towards him and hugged me tightly.

Even though the question is simple, I know that it's answer is complicated.

"Rose. I think Felina has something to do with this." He said after a moment of silence. I pulled away.

"How can you say this?"

"I don't know Rose. I am totally confused. We cannot simply put the blame on her without any proper evidence and also that may be just a coincidence." He said running his hands through his hair.

I simply nodded while my mind kept wandering through out the scenario which took place today.

When everyone was busy searching for Rihana. My eyes kept searching for some other thing. It's quite hard to accept the truth but now I have to do something.

It was not only Rihana missing at that time. Some other person was also not present. I should have said this to Allwyn but I think keeping it this way is better. Soon I have to find some evidence to confirm my doubts. Maybe after that I can reveal the truth.

But what if something bad happens again in this time?

I will never let that happen. I thought.

"Rose? Are you okay?" Spoke Allwyn looking concerned.

"Yeah. Just feeling sleepy." I said.

"Oh ya. You just go and take rest. We will find a way out of here. Just don't worry too much babe." He said hugging me.

"Hmm.." I said.

After that I came to our room to see everyone sleeping. Without thinking much about the incidents I laid on my bed with no thoughts about tomorrow as slowly sleep consumed me.
