Rose's POV

Anytime soon she will be here. I wonder what would happen after that.

Nino and Nick would have reached their by now. I just hope that they all are safe.

All my thoughts are shattered the moment I hear the sound of her footsteps approaching me.

Let the game begin! I smile to myself trying to console me.

The moment she enters, from her looks I can tell that she is extremely pissed off. Oh no! This is not what I expected.

"You. I should have killed you at the beginning itself." She spits.

I remain silent not wanting to trigger her anger more.

"Do you know? I never got a chance to kill someone after I kidnapped you."

This can't get more interesting. I mean this girl is really angry because she couldn't kill? How pathetic! She really do need help as soon as possible.

"Change of plan's" she announces happily.

No no no! I don't like where this is going.

"Now I am just going to kill you first. You bring bad luck to me. My unlucky charm." She Shout's.

Oh god. Help me!

"But why?" I manage to ask.

"Oh babe. I just love it. The pain you all go through, the screams, begging me to spare your life. Isn't that all interesting?" Her eyes sparkle.

How can she react as if killing is like eating a candy?

Interesting? My foot!

"Rose. You think you know me? But No. You don't." She smirks.

Slowly she opens a bag which I didn't even notice when she came in.

Knife? I have to do something. My hands are not even tied.

She slowly moves towards me placing the knife near my leg giving slight pressure.

Where the hell are they? Someone should have arrived by now.

I think now I have to deal with this myself. I look at her to see her smiling.

My eyes fall on the small cut she has placed on my leg. I don't even feel pain.

Suddenly I see Jake standing there motioning me to come towards him.

I blink. How can I go their? Where are the others? What's taking them so long?

And at the moment I did the most unexpected thing. Riya was enjoying herself placing cuts on my legs that she didn't even notice him.

I took that as the perfect time as I pushed her off with full force and ran out as my life depended on it. I could imagine the look on her face. I wish I could have seen that.

This is a matter of life or death Rose! I reminded myself.

As I was out, I could not even believe my own eyes. I was blank staring at the person standing before me. Allwyn!

"It's over Riya." Someone shout.

It's only then I realize that the cops are here. Finally!

Allwyn quickly comes beside me and embraces me in a tight hug.

Oh! How much I missed him.

"I missed you so much." I whisper.

"Me too."

We spilt because of the sudden eruption of laughter. We look towards the source of the sound only to see Riya.

Nino and Inba quickly come beside me.

Also there were few men and women in white uniform. I assume them to be the medical team.

I don't stay there after that as I am dragged out by Nino and Inba.

"Thank god. You are alright." Cries Inba.

I simply nod smiling at them. It feel as if I was parted from them for years.

"I feel sad for Riya." Nino says.

We both nod. It was still a shock for me that a girl like her could do something like this.

Later we are joined by Allwyn and his friends. I see Ajish and Gaurav giving me a genuine smile which I return.

I search for Jake to see him in a hospital van getting his first aid.

"Let's go back to the house. You guys need to tell us the details on what happened here. Not now, later." A cop said coming towards us giving us a sad smile.

We all nod and make our way towards the house seeing that Riya was taken in the van. She was sedated and in sleeping state.

Reaching there we were welcomed by warm hugs and genuine smiles. Everyone seemed at ease as, now their was no reason for us to be afraid. Everything was over.

Everything was over. I repeated it in my mind.

After that the time passed so quick that I didn't even realize when we returned from there. We all were currently in the police station.

Our parents were waiting out and we were being questioned.

After filling them with all the details I came out to see my dad standing there talking with someone.

He spots me as I slowly make my way towards him and he ushers me in a tight hug.

"Oh. This is Allwyn's mom." My dad introduces the stranger.

I introduce myself shaking her hand, but she embraces me in a tight hug which I return.

She pats my head and says,
"Everything will be alright dear." I nod.

After that slowly everyone's parents came and talked.

It seemed like a bonding session which felt good.

After having a major discussion with the police and our university head it was decided that it would be better for us if we start going to college from tomorrow itself.

According to them letting us alone would put us in more depression. I was quite happy with the decision though.

After bidding our bye's to everyone. We reached hostel.

We got a lot of advice from the elders and that was worth it. Finally now we were left alone.

"I didn't expect such an end!" Said Inba looking up from her phone.

"Come on girl's just leave the past behind. Aren't you excited for tomorrow?" Nino spoke excitedly.

"Nino! If you are trying to make things light then let me tell you, you are failing terribly." I added.

Nino was about to tell something when Inba interrupted.

"Fine guys. I feel like I haven't slept in an entire year. So, please lock your mouth's and have a good sleep and let me sleep."

That's how our day ended.
