Taehyung's P.O.V

You were walking down the hallway on your way downstairs but stopped and looked out of the window as you noticed Jungkook offering to carry the delivered boxes of groceries

You crossed your arms and watch as he indeed started carrying the heavy boxes by himself to help the kitchen staff

Taehyung: Showing off how strong you are hm?

You chuckled softly and hummed as you couldn't help but to keep watching him, something about him was just really interesting..

Taehyung: You sure feel different compared to others Jungkook-shi..

You noticed he was done and on his way inside so you headed downstairs towards him

He bows as he sees you and you nod and hum softly

Taehyung: Could you make me an iced latte and bring it to the living room for me

You raised an eyebrow as he giggled softly covering his mouth to try to hide and mute it

Taehyung: Whats so funny?

He shook his head and cleared his throat

Jungkook: Nothing sir, are you that excited to test out your new toy?

He giggled softly again before walking off, you rubbed your temples but let out a breathy laugh as you shrugged

Taehyung: Well I gotta test it out obviously..

Some hours passed and you didn't see Jungkook anywhere so you grabbed your empty latte glass and headed to the kitchen, you noticed he was cutting up some fruit so you put away the glass before heading over there leaning against the counter while watching him

He kept cutting the fruit as he hummed

Jungkook: Can I help you?

You shook your head as you watched how he neatly cut the fruits almost effortlessly

Taehyung: Nah just making sure you're not poisoning us

He giggled and shook his head as he sighed

Jungkook: Wow do I have to search for a food tester now as well?

You shrugged and reached over trying to steal some cut fruit from the bowl but he quickly slapped your hand lightly and hissed

Jungkook: Wash your hands and tell me if you want a bowl, don't grab at it with your hands

The other staff that were around widened their eyes in shock at the two of you acting so casual and you chuckled as you crossed your arms

Taehyung: Aaah not enough poison in it yet?

He looked up and stuck out his tongue at you teasingly which you did back to him as well making the staff giggle, you looked up at them and glared lightly making them shut up and go back to their work.

Thankfully there were only a few other staff around currently, after all Jungkook wouldn't let his guard down if there were more staff around and a risk of your parents seeing him speaking more comfortably with you.

Suddenly one of the staff walks up to you and smiles as she looks up at you confidently.

Eunha was it..?

Eunha: Dont bother with him Taehyung-ah, he's too rude. I'll get you a bowl~

You shook your head and crossed your arms as you looked at her in surprise and annoyance

Taehyung: Taehyung-ah? Don't speak so casually to me Eunha

She rolled her eyes as she crossed her arms as well

Eunha: But he speaks rudely and somewhat casually to you!
Besides we have a closer relationship so-

You let out a annoyed breathy chuckle before tilting your head and looking at her in frustration

Taehyung: You and I? Wow you have a strong imagination dont you, go find something useful to do.

Jungkook's P.O.V

You listened and glanced up occasionally as Taehyung and that Eunha girl were somewhat arguing, you cleared your throat and muttered something under your breath which they barely caught

Jungkook: Watch your mouth, dead skin cells are starting to come out.

Taehyung chuckled in surprise and Eunha hissed at you in annoyance

Eunha: How dare you-!

Taehyung cleared his throat

Taehyung: Jungkook get me a bowl of what you're making, Eunha I'm sure they'd love some help down with the laundry. Off you go.

She rolled her eyes before stomping off and you looked at them in shock

Jungkook: I'm so gonna get in trouble for this..

Taehyung: If you dont make me that bowl I requested then yes you will.

You quickly grabbed a small bowl and scooped some freshly cut fruit and berries into it before putting in a fruit fork and handing him it

He took it and started munching on it meanwhile you sighed

Jungkook: Sir you should go as well..

He chuckled as he raised an eyebrow and looked at you

Taehyung: Sir? What happened to that casual brat talk just now

You sighed and bowed slightly knowing you definitely got too comfortable in speaking with him just now

Jungkook: I apologize I was out of line speaking to you like that your majesty.

Taehyung put down the fruit bowl as he stood up more properly looking down at you

Taehyung: Well then its an order for you to speak more casually with me, at least when we're in private

You looked up at him feeling uncertain and confused

Jungkook: But why-

He shrugged as he looked at you humming softly

Taehyung: Because you're very intriguing Jeon Jungkook-shi.

Hope you're all doing well❤️

We're currently quarantined and getting daily phone calls from the hospital checking up on our temps and symptoms, because we have a high chance of having been infected through a colleague of my dads and his wife that both tested positive for COVID-19😅

+other people at his work getting tested n showing symptoms as well
