The main canons:

- one of the politest countries

- he says 'sorry' almost all the time

- usually, when he is stressed he starts to get angry, he then excuses himself and goes out on a walk to clear his mind or to ice-skating rink to practice goals

- sometimes he is so angry that he would tear the net or break the safety glass

- he can get especially angry at someone who drank/used last drops of his maple syrup

- he has a special recipe for his own maple syrup that he makes himself

- maple syrup is something like alcohol for Canada -> he will get tipsy from drinking it

- he loves pineapple pizza and is able to eat whole big pineapple pizza by himself

- he is bilingual - French and English

- sometimes he will randomly blurt out something in French

- sometimes he teases his brothers with his French -> he would start saying things in French on purpose to confuse them

- when he is angry he would start swearing in French

- he is a good programmer and IT expert (based on him creating PornHub)

- he knows a lot about airplane investigations (based on Canadian series Mayday - air disaster)

- he is scared of seals and geese - he was attacked by a seal mother protecting her seal cub and by one Canadian goose - when he was younger and both animals injured him badly -> from that day he is scared of them

- he is scared of going on ships because he is afraid that it will crash in something or that it will blow up (based on Halifax Explosion, 1917)

- he has a log cabin in woods

- he likes nature and especially walks in them with his headphones and listening to music

- he likes cold weather and likes to play in the snow (snowball fights, making snowman or snow angels)

- he absolutely loves ice hockey

- he practices ice hockey almost every day to the point he will pass out on the ice -> America always finds him, drags/carry him home (with some difficulties) and give him lecture afterward

- he likes ice-skating performances -> he is not good at them but tries it when he is completely alone

- when he is sad he would go to the ice-skating rink and lazily skate around the rink

- usually, when he can't be nowhere to be found he is ice-skating and America knows that something is up -> America would always find him on his favorite rink lazily skating or in worst case crying in the locker room

- if he is crying in the locker room it means that something really bad happened and America would always comfort Canada to the point he would fall asleep - > America would then carry him, with some difficulties, home

- after America carry Canada to their house, America would bring him his favorite tea

- he has a favorite blanket with maple leaves that smells like maple syrup
