It's been a while after the last case, Seiichi was in Osaka with other because Kogorou Ojii-san got invited to become counseling to a person who named as Kensuke Achiwa who was an Satsuki-kai president

Seiichi,Conan,Hattori, Kogorou, Kazuha and Mikiko who was Kazuha friend who was joining Karuta competition of Satsuki compeititon while Ran with the children
"Oi,brat! weren't you told to wait in the changing room?" Kogorou Ojii-san ask
"But Ran nee-chan asked me to check on how the recording is going,so..." Conan answer
Seiichi who was sit next to Conan, he glance at the officer who shouting that Karuta is coming through, a Satsuki-kai karuta card that got covered in glass make him raised his eyebrow and mikiko who gushed at the card
"Wow, ain't that bit too much for Karuta?" Kazuha ask
"What are you saying,Kazuha? those are the legendary Karuta that are used duirng the final of the National Tournament held by Satsuki-kai" Mikiko say in hyper make them sweatdrop
"Ah... wasn't it a dream of you to play with those,Mikiko?" Kazuha ask in sweatdrop
"Not just mine! There hasn't been anyone in Satsuki-kai 20 year that wasn't enthralled by those card!" She say in awe with dreamlike face,"Ah-h, how i'd like to touch those Legendary Karuta just once during FInal"
Conan ask why the card only used in the final and it seem they've been used in a lot of fierce matches,so they've taken a lot of damage
"That's why outside the final, they're kept in the case" Mikiko say look at the card,"And are usually exhibition in the museum"
"But ain't those guard still kinda overkill?" Hattori ask
"Not at all!" Mikiko say to him in stern make Conan, Seiichi and Hattori narrowed their eyes,"After the last Satsuki cup, There were a big fuss because Karuta were lost, They ended up being found almost instantly but i heard that Yajima-san, the reigning champion, convinced President Achiwa that the security oughta to be tighten"
"I see..." Kogorou Ojii-san comment,"and who are those two?" he ask make them anime fell
"Are you an idiot,Occhan?!" Kazuha shout slap her hand in the table,"those are people you consulting!"
"Is that so?" He ask averted his eyes
Seiichi sigh message his temple,'That the Occhan that we know...' Conan though in sweatdrop
Hattori show him the photo from the Magazine,"This is the photo of President Achiwa Kensuke. He is the powerfull ma who built up Achiwa real estate in just one generation and otherwise known as Naniwa King of Real Estate"
"And why person like him play Karuta?" Kogorou ask
"it's the only hobby he ever had! i heard he really good at it!" Hattori comment
"but it's written here that Achiwa himself wanted to become a reader, not a player..." Conan comment flipping the Magazine page until he show a beautifull woman in Kimono make Kogooru ask
"She was Achiwa-san wife,Satsuki-san" Mikiko respond,"Satsuki-kai was founded by Satsuki-san, the former queen and Achiwa-san took over and become the President"
"And the thing they wanted to talk about is probably..." Conan point at the picture,"Ah, isn't it intresting? it say that Achiwa-san is superstitious and always wash his car the day before his wife has an important match. He say that cleaning the car is the secret to success and victory!"
