He stopped at at a waterfall, its waters blue and clear looked good to swim in. Bugs with patterned wings danced around the brightly colored flowers at the edge. The wind hummed and carried peace with it. All I wanted was to paint this beautiful scene and capture the feel forever

Aldric guided me to the waterfall where a picnic was set up. This was a fancy kind of picnic that had a mushroom for a table and chairs. I took a seat and was shocked at how comfortable it was. Aldric looked at me, took my hand, and kissed it "How I missed you, Adeline. The queen of my heart, the hope in the midst of despair, the strings that I am tied to, I promise to never lose you again " I began to feel uncomfortable

"Aldric...could you tell me what I was like before I lost my memory " he smiled showing off his pearly whites "You are a strong warrior, stronger than me. You are stubborn and will persist till you get your way. Your downsides are being a bit spoilt and a drunk, that's why I always insisted that there were no drinks at any party you attended "he chuckled at the last part "You wild and crazy, uncontrollable like a stallion " I frowned.

That doesn't sound like at me at all. I hate parties, hate fighting and I'm easily swayed. I like quietness and I wouldn't describe myself as a stallion, I'm more of a crybaby. No that's Sammy, I'm Adeline. I will change and become who I am supposed to be"Could you tell me about us?"

Aldric got up, walked towards me, and stopped behind me. "I remember when I was jailed in the sea court, I remember being saved by you. That's how we met, you nursed me back to health and insisted on taking care of me. We both loved swords and fighting so we bonded over that. We married at the funeral of my father, I'll always remember that blue dress you wore, sensational" he had been playing with my hair with his left hand and wrapping his right hand around my waist. I inhaled his scent which smelled like the start of spring. He nibbled the lobe of my ear that sent a tingle through me

Aldric pulled me up "May I have this dance with you?" I nodded too joyful to speak. He hummed a tune that made me forget all my worries as we danced away. At least this time it was out of my free will. "I have my own star, better than any in the sky" I looked up above to see the stars. I was an artist with paint while he was an artist with words, I liked that about him. I could feel myself falling for him. Oddly I didn't mind, I wasn't exactly a fan of love at first sight, in fact, I was quite ashamed of myself but I guess love can come true. I won't be 30 and alone, a thought that made me smile

"my I steal a kiss" he whispered in my ear "Yes" I responded

The world had stilled as I slowly closed my eyes. My first kiss truly felt like a fantasy. His warm feel that protected me from the harsh cold and cruelness of my world. We hadn't even touched lips yet I felt my feet were off the ground. I took a deep breath, stealing his scent and memorizing it for later. I felt the gentle force of a passion on my virgin lips. My senses were active and aware. I felt his devotion with the way that he held me, I tasted his love on my lips, I saw the world even with my eyes closed and I smelt his intoxicating scent. I plunged into a world of dreams and my reality shifted. I felt the attraction grow stronger as he pressed harder exploring my inside, covering every inch of my mouth. I waited so long for this and it was worth it

If I had to change to become Adeline, if I had to become queen of a world I did not know to have this man then so be it.
