Nathan's P. O. V

Here I was in front of Thunder High school. I stood at the entrance, my eyes glaring at the tall building

Someone touched my shoulder making me squeal in fright.

I turned around to Drew who had a blank expression on his face.

He grabbed my collar making my breathing pick up.

"Listen Nathan, If someone asks you, your surname is Adams but you're not related to us, got it?" He growled and that made me angry. I pushed his hand away and straightened my collar back

"My name is Nathan James" I spat before turning around, not bothering to talk to him. There I thought I should be more kind to them!!

They don't need your pity Nathan.

Walking through the hallway, I could feel many eyes on me. Girls stared at me with wide eyes with some biting at their lips while others, twirling their hair making me cringe.

Ew, I hate girls!!

A smile tugged at my lip when I saw Amelia remove her things at her locker. I stealthily walked behind her and I could tell everyone was looking at me.

I crounched down and scooped her in my arms making her squeal. When she looked at me, her horrified face turned into a smile and she giggled, slapping my face slightly making me pout

"Mean" I mumbled and she chuckled.

"Put me down idiot, everyone is watching" She whispered, her arms around my neck and I rose an eyebrow

"Does it look like I care?" I said and she sighed

"Couldn't you have been straight?" She sighed and I laughed

"Yeah, I wish! Boys are assholes! " I said.

My eyes went towards the hallway and that's when I saw the twins. All eyes were now on them and girls and boys were waving at them. They smirkee and looked in front until their eyes landed on me. They had a shock expression on their face and that's when I realised I had Amelia in my arms.

When they approached us, I saw both of their eyes darken slightly making me frown.

Not worth it, remember, Nathan??

I shook my head and smiled when I saw Miles at his locker.

"Let's scare Miles!"

"Put me down!" She whine and I chuckled, pecking her nose.

"Nope, besides, you still smell good" I replied, walking towards Miles. I passed the twin and purposedly bumped my shoulder with Drew hearing him growl. I went to Miles berore dropping Amelia back on the ground

"Hi Miles" I said, hugging him. He squealed but hugged me back, giggling

"Hi Nathan" he replied with a cute smile on his red lips. He wore light make-up along with a pink sweatshirt too big for his size and tight black jeans.

"Go fetch your timetable, Miles and I have maths class and the teacher is an ass" Amelia said and I nodded

"See you after class" I said before waving at them. I collected my time-table and sighed when I saw that my first class was biology .
