Chapter 30

(Raven's POV)

Mel and I were in her room watching a movie when somebody knocked on the door

"Come in!"

I paused the movie and faced the door, Ryker came in only wearing a pair of basketball shorts and was shirtless, he had scratches over his chest, Mel ran over to him 

"Are you ok?"

"Yeah I'm fine," He looked at me and smiled "We found Jace the pack doctor is working on him right now"

I stood up and ran out of the room and towards the hospital wing, when I got there Jace's mom was sitting there and when she saw me she smiled lightly. 

"How is he?"

"He was in pretty bad shape the doctor has been in there for 30 minutes, he passed out from blood loss and he isnt healing they used silver against him so his wolf is weak"

I hung my head and held the tears back, I sat in the chair by her and we sat in silence, a little later the door opened and the doctor came out. When he saw us he smiled lightly 

"I did everything to help him heal but now we have to wait for his wolf to get stronger again"

All I could do was nod and he looked at us "You can go see him if yo want he should wake up anytime now"

I nodded and looked at Jace's mom "You can go see him first Ill go in after you"

She nodded and walked inside a few minutes later she came out and walked down the hall, I took a deep breath and walked in. My heart broke when I saw Jaces sleeping form, he had cuts and bruises all over his face, he had burns, cuts, bruises, and stiches all over his chest and torso. I walked over slowly and pulled a chair to the edge of the bed, I grabbed his hand and I let the tears fall him being here was all my fault. I laid my head on the edge of the bed and shook my head, my wolf whined and started to scratch which gave me a head ache 

Would you quit your giving me a head ache

Sorry 

She went to the back of my mind and I moved back in the chair and brought my knees to my chest and I eventually fell asleep

(Jace's POV)

I groaned and opened my eyes slowly to instantly shut my eyes again from the bright light, I opened them more slowly and looked around it didnt look like the way we have our doctors room set up.

"Good your awake"

I jumped and saw Raven's pack doctor "Where am I?"

"Your in Alpha Ryders pack house in the hospital wing, our pack was the closet so they brought you here"

I nodded "When can I get up and move around?"

"Soon your wolf has to get a little stronger"

I looked around the room and my eyes landed on Raven "She has been in here since your mom left earlier"

"How long have I been out?"

"A few hours its 11 right now I tried to make her go back to bed but she wouldnt listen"

I nodded and I looked back at her, her eyes looked red like she was crying and my wolf whined

"Ill be back in the morning to check on you"

He walked out of the room and I looked back at Raven, I shook her knees and she opened one eye, when she saw it was me her eyes flung open

"Your awake"

"Yeah I have been awake for a few minutes"

"What did Doc say?"

"I have to wait for my wolf to heal up some before I heal all the way"

She nodded and saw the tears in her eyes and one fell down her face

"Baby why are you crying?"

"Its my fault you got kidnapped and that your hurt"

My wolf growled and I grabbed her hand and pulled her up on the bed with me so she was in my lap, 

"Raven its not your fault that this happened to me, I dont want you to think about that ever and what ever idiotic situations I get in there on me not you"

I leaned in and kissed her and she kissed back, she put her hand on my neck but we pulled apart when someone knocked on the door, my wolf growled and she smirked at me she pecked my lips and got off my lap. She answered the door and my dad and Alpha Ryder who didnt look very happy, Raven looked at her dad worriedly and she sat down in her chair. Our dad's shared a look and my dad stepped forward

"Ok so Ryder and I have been talking and we think it would be best if you guys leave both territories"

Raven's eyebrow's furrow and her dad talked next "We think it would be best so Jace cane heal and for you to be safe Raven while we find out what those rogues want with you"

"So where are you sending us?"

"My family's beach house its in my brother's territory," My dad looked at me "You have met him before but  you were really young"

"When do we leave?"

"In the morning"

We both nod and they leave the room and I look at Raven, she looked like she was going to pass out, I smiled and patted the spot next to me 

"Come on your not sleeping in the chair"

She smirked and climbed up next to me I wrap my arm around her waist and she laid her head on my shoulder, we both fall asleep a few minutes later.
