My younger sister Rosalinda and I were just having a stroll in the deep forests of our huge packland. We talked about boys and especially the type of mates we wanted for ourselves. We talked about the Martial arts training we underwent as we practiced the moves we learnt on each other. Yes I know as girls we weren't allowed to be part of such things but we begged our dad and brothers to join the soldiers in training and they finally accepted

All of a sudden, I stopped in my tracks when I heard my mother's voice in my head. As werewolves we had mind connections where we'd communicate with each other through our minds.

"Y/n, you and Rosalinda should get back to the packhouse, the overall alpha is coming to visit our packland and your father requires both of you to be present when he arrives"

"OK mum, we are on our way"

"Rosalinda mother is calling for us, we should head back to the packhouse immediately"

"Why what happened, is there an attack??"

"No, the overall alpha is coming to the packhouse and we need to be there"

"You are so over dramatic it's funny, I'm pretty sure if our packland had done something catastrophic, he'd send his men to ambush us and not show up, so he's definitely coming to discuss packland business with father."

To make you understand abit more, my name is y/n and I'm the daughter of Christopher the second and Elsa, the Alpha and Luna of Philadelphia. I have two elder brothers Harold and Edward and the last born of the family my sister Rosalinda whom you've already met.

We walked quickly back to the packhouse and went to the kitchen to meet mother who was directing our chefs on what to prepare for the occasion.

"Girls you've finally arrived, where were you??"

"We went for a stroll in the forest to get some fresh air"

"How many times have I warned you not to go to the forest without a guard?? Do you know how dangerous it can be there"

"Mother, we know you care for us and our well-being but we can protect ourselves we don't train for nothing mama."

We laid our heads on her shoulders as she embraced us tightly.

"Now my dears, go to your chambers and prepare yourselves, wear your best gowns and make your hair, we don't have time. He'll be here in an hour"

Once I got to my room, I breathed in deeply, I was never shy to meet powerful people because I was used to it, but this one was different. The overall Alpha was the leader of the entire werewolf community in the planet. He was very powerful and very strong. He could destroy an entire pack with a snap of his hand. I've heard rumors that he's not easy to please, dangerous, strict and can be very harsh especially to treacherous Alphas who've betrayed the werewolf realm.

After taking a bath and dressing up, I sat on one of the chairs close to the window, as I let the beauty and the soft rays of the setting sun softly hit my skin releasing all the stress and anxiety I had.

A soft knock on the door, brought me back to reality.

My nanny Griselda, a bubbly middle aged blonde woman who was like my second mother came in.

"You look so stunning my princess"

"Thanks nanny"

"Oh by the way, your mother asks you to go downstairs, the guests are finally here."

"Guests, I thought it was the overall leader alone"

"Obviously the overall leader can't travel alone, he has his own crew you know"

"Yeah you are right"

After looking at the mirror one last time, I closed my chambers and left for downstairs

A strong scent filled my nose and as I followed it, it came from where the guests were.

"AH here is my elder daughter your highness" my father shouted and everyone's attention was bestowed upon me. Looks like I was the last to join the party so you can imagine the heights of my anxiety right now.

A man with a long dark hair falling freely on his shoulders came to my view, he was tall, handsome and looked as strong as a stallion. He had beautiful grey eyes that could Pierce through your soul, he was definitely not what I imagined the overrall leader looking like because he was younger. But don't let his age fool you though because his presence oozed lots of power and dominance.

The scent even grew stronger as he came closer to me. Our eyes not leaving each other's, I was frozen in my place. My mind was blank.

My dad's voice introducing us was now a far thought.

"Y/n you know it's rude not to greet our guests especially the overall leader."

Before I could think about it, a word came out of my mouth that had everyone in the room astonished except for the overrall alpha who was also in a trance as well and knew what was up.

"M...Mate??!!"

He came closer to me and held my face in his as our foreheads touched. My wolf was jumping for joy. He took my palms and connected it with his big ones as I felt electricity spark through my whole body.

I couldn't believe this, the overrall alpha of all other people was our Mate. My wolf was hallowing with exponential happiness but my human self couldn't help but wonder what this meant for me and my family or how this man was going to treat me because with the rumors going around about him, I couldn't help but worry and fear for myself.

A/N: a part two with smut is definitely coming. I know Roman hasn't won his grey eye contacts in a while but I want you to imagine his current self with grey eyes and you'll get the image of the overall alpha. Idk if there's something as an overall alpha in the werewolf fictions but I just came up with it to fit my one shot idea.
