Weeks passed as the siblings hunted together. They were trying to keep Lilith from breaking as many seals as possible, however, it was a tough job. Sam had come clean to Dean about his extra activities on the side of hunting. Dean had been mad at first but had gotten over his anger after some time. After Millie had told her brothers about meeting their father downstairs, Dean had a real talk with both Millie and Sam about everything he remembered from hell and how he struggled with accepting what he had done down there. Millie and Sam had tried to comfort their brother the best they could, and he seemed to be healing little by little every day. When the brothers had asked Millie about her time in Hell, she didn't say much, honestly, it wasn't much to say. She told them a few details, but her mind was not as damaged as Dean's, or maybe she was too damaged to even notice. Yes, she was bothered with nightmares from the dark rooms filled with pain and blood, but she managed. She wasn't as guilt-ridden as her brother over what she had to do downstairs.

Sam and Dean had gone out for a hunt alone, leaving Millie alone at a random motel along the road, stranded without a car. Not that she needed to go anywhere. She had her alcohol and her food, so she would easily survive until her brothers came back. Taking a sip from the whiskey bottle in hand, a flutter sound brought her out of her daydreaming, and Cas was positioned a few feet away from her.

"Cas, nice to see you again. What brings you here?" Millie smiled a small smile, actually feeling happy about seeing the angel again. Millie had had a feeling he was ignoring her ever since Carson came up-top to see her. Carson was still coming by sometimes to check up on Millie, something she appreciated a lot. However, she disliked how she felt Cas was avoiding her.

"I need your help" his voice was void of emotions as he spoke.

"Why not my brothers? Why me? After weeks of not even glancing my way, you come to me for help?" Millie was now confused.

"Because you're the only one strong enough to do it" Cas locked eyes with Millie, but only for a small second before looking away.

"What is it?" Millie asked, now curious to this task of his.

"I need you to torture Alastair"

"What?"

"We have managed to capture him, and I know you know Alastair better than anyone, maybe you'll have some luck getting him to speak". ¨

Arriving at an old warehouse, Millie felt herself getting nervous. Her hands were starting to shake, and her heartbeat was beating so fast you could easily see it through her chest. As Castiel noticed the nervous state Millie was in, he felt a pang of guilt fill him up. How could he possibly ask her to do something like this? This was something she finally had escaped after ten years, and now Castiel was forcing her to relive those memories. But Uriel was clear in his command, and Castiel was in no position to say no to Uriel.

"He's right through those doors, and all the stuff you'll need is there" Uriel spoke, pulling Millie out of her train of thoughts. She nodded and walked towards the doors, carefully opening them.

"Millie" Castiel spoke as he walked over to her. Millie turned around to look at the angel.

"I'm sorry about this. I'll be right outside if you'll need me" Castiel now spoke in a calm and caring voice, totally different from the one in the motel room earlier. Millie nodded and made her way inside the room.

The room Millie walked into was dimly lit. A table stood to her right with every torturing device you could think of, and in the back of the room hang Alastair, tied up inside a devil's trap.

Millie felt herself enjoying torturing Alastair way too much. If her brothers could see her now they would be disappointed in her, maybe even see her as a monster. But she knew she had to do this. Alastair looked bloody from head to toe, but he too looked like he was enjoying what Millie was doing to him. It brought them right back to their time together in Hell. Alastair had taught Millie almost everything she knew, and he was a proud teacher.

"You know, I know you are enjoying yourself, Millie" Alastair spit blood as he spoke.

"You know nothing about me".

"That's where you're wrong. I know you better than your own blood, and you know it".

"Shut up" Millie plunged a knife covered in Holy Water right in his chest. His scream turned into laughter faster than Millie hoped. Millie knew Alastair was a hard nut to crack, he was a demon specialized in torturing souls into demons, so Millie knew she had to step up her game if she would be getting any information out of him. So, she did. The screams of Alastair could be heard all the way though the abandoned warehouse they were in. Castiel on the other side of the door cringed at the sound, but never stopping to listening in, just in case something was to happen, and Millie would be needing any help. However, when Castiel heard Dean pray for him, asking where him and his sister were, Castiel left his post. Appearing in Dean and Sam's motel room, both the brothers looked anxious.

"Dude! Where the hell is Millie?" Dean spoke, anger clear in his voice, "All she left is this note, saying she's with you, and she is not answering her phone" Sam spoke, waving a note in front of Castiel.

"Your sister is busy, and I should be getting back to her" was all Castiel said, not wanting the brothers to know what their sister was helping him with.

"Take us to her, now, Cas!" Castiel though it through and figured the brothers wouldn't back down when it came to their sister, so, soon after, Castiel reappeared in the old warehouse, along with the Winchester brothers.

As they arrived, Castiel noticed Alastair's screaming had come to an end and quiet sounds of someone hitting another one was heard from the room Millie and Alastair was in.

"No, no, no" Castiel whisperer, but both of the brothers heard him.

"Cas? What is it?" Sam asked, but Castiel didn't answer. He ran. Castiel ran into the room and there he found Millie sitting against a wall, covered in bruises and blood as Alastair stood over her, hitting her to death.

"Alastair!" Castiel spoke in a voice so powerful it sent shivers down Millie's spine. Both Dean and Castiel was cast away by Alastair like it was nothing, Sam however, was not that easy to budge. Sam raised his hand, now stronger than ever, and angry for what the demon had been doing to his sister. Sam focused like he never had before as he didn't just send Alastair back to Hell, no, he killed him, with no mercy whatsoever.
