Dean had left to go back to Lisa and Ben, still spending almost every hour he was awake, trying to look for a way to help his sister. He had tried to get Crowley to show him the way into Hell, so he could personally go get her sister, but Crowley was right, they were deep down and none of them knew their way around Hell. They would be caught before reaching very far, especially being a Winchester. They wouldn't be able to help their sister if they were in Hell being tortured themselves.

While they had worked on trying to find Millie; Dean, Castiel and Bobby had noticed something was different with Sam. He wasn't the same as before he went down to Hell. They all believed it was only the trauma from being in a locked cage with Lucifer and Michael, but with some painful experimentation, Castiel had figured out that Sam was missing his soul.

"Hello, Dean" Death stood in front of Dean, curious to why he had been summoned by the Winchester boy.

Dean explained to Death the problems at hand, coming to him as a last resort to fix his little brother. "It's not just Sam's soul" Dean continued.

"What else seems to be the problem?" Death didn't consider the Winchester's his allies and he knew they had to be desperate to summon him for help.

"It's my sister, she is in Hell".

"Millie Winchester is not dead; I would have known if that were the case, Dean".

"I know, but is there any way you can get her out?"

Death looked thoughtful for a moment before answering "I am not your servant, Dean. I can help one of them, it's your choice" he paused before continuing, "but let me give you a tip, I personally believe Sam's soul will be harder for you to retrieve, than saving your sister".

So, Sam got his soul back with no memories of Hell, a little gift from Death himself. He had put up a wall inside Sam's head, hiding the truth about his time in Hell.

"Dean?" Lisa asked, bringing Dean out of his daze. "Your phone is ringing".

"Hello?"

"Dean, you need to get here, now" Cas voice sounded frantic, but before Dean could ask anymore, Cas hung up.

Carson stood in front of Dean, Sam, Castiel and Bobby, and the boys knew this was not a good sign. "Where is Millie?" Castiel spoke, staring at the demon.

"Pan got her".

"And you ran?" Dean was angry now.

"I can't take on Pan by myself, it's suicide".

"Dammit" Dean mumbled, pacing in the room. "You know the way?"

"Yes" Carson was now their only hope at getting their sister back.

"They you'll be our guide" Sam spoke up now, feeling guilty for not taking this seriously when he was soulless, of course, he couldn't help it, but he still felt guilty.

"Sam is right, take us to her so we can save her" Dean was ready to get his sister back.

Millie's screams filled the room. Her skin had more cuts than you could count, and blood was dripping everywhere. Pan had managed to find her and Carson, having way too many demons for Millie to fight, Pan got a hold of her. Carson had promised Millie to run if they met Pan, knowing Carson didn't have much to stand up against Pan.

"Now, sweetie, how does it feel being back here with me?" Pan had a sinister smile covering her mouth.

"Peachy"

"You know, I've missed that little attitude of yours".

"I'm not dead, Pan, and my soul does not belong to Hell anymore".

"Oh, I know sweetie, but that doesn't mean I can't hurt you".

And that she did. Pan was determined to finish her mission, Azazel may be dead, but he wasn't wrong when he believed Millie Winchester would make a fine demon. So, Pan did what she did best. She stabbed, sliced and created nothing but pain for the human girl to feel, day in and day out.

Sam, Dean and Castiel geared up, ready to save the oldest Winchester. Carson was showing them the way in the maze that was Hell. Time went different in Hell and for them, it had felt like they had walked mostly a week, when, in reality, it had been three months. For Millie, time was working the other way around, the three months she had been captured felt like a century, a century filled with torture and agonizing pain. "Are you sure this is the right way?" Dean asked Carson, still angry at the demon for leaving his sister in Hell alone.

"Yes, but bringing the Winchester's and an angel here is not exactly safe, we need to be careful and probably take a few detours"

They walked mostly in silence, the four boys all worried for the oldest Winchester. But something had been bothering the boys for some time now, and Sam decided to speak up; "Carson? What happened to Millie down here?"

Carson turned around to look at the boys, all of them waiting for the demon to answer the question. "She still hasn't told you? I told her she needed to talk to someone about it... She did tell you she met your old man down here right?" The boys nodded. "Ok, good. Well, they made a promise to each other, that they couldn't break, under no circumstances were they going to say yes to the demon's proposal to torture others. And she kept her promise. She took it all. After some years with Alastair, he sent her down to Pan, and she, my friends, she is vicious. The other demons are afraid of her".

"She has this special power she uses. She goes inside your head and twist every single happy memory you have into a bad one. She doesn't just torture, she breaks you from the inside... Pan knew she needed to do more harm to Millie than to anyone before her, because Azazel wanted her to become a demon, and that fast. Usually, it takes centuries to become a fully functional demon. You all know about how time works in Hell, right?"

The boys nodded again.

"Time feels different for everyone, but Pan stretches it out. How long do you think we've been walking now?"

"About a week, right?" Dean spoke up.

"Yeah, well, we've been here for three months, that means Millie have been with Pan for three months, how long was three months for you, Dean, when you were here last time?"

"I was here for four months but it felt like 40 years".

"Exactly. I don't quite know how Pan works her time, but my guess, three months equals about 90 years with Pan".

"What?" Castiel was the one to speak up, shocked at the revelation, "then we need to hurry up".

"We can't move any faster unless you all want to be captured, but let me make one thing clear... Millie knew the risk getting back down here, and let me tell you, what we find when we reach her might not be your sister anymore..."
