Knowing she had overreacted a few days ago made matters worse for her, she felt guilty for looking at her side of the story only
Alex never considered how Tyler felt when he found out Fiona was missing, she never got to ask if he was okay, if he needed her or her support
Instead she went ahead and shout at him for beating up her brother, to think of it Angelo was right. He would've done worse if he was in Tyler's shoes
She was currently tending to her innocent boyfriend in the walk-in closet of his room, she gave him ice to put on the bruise on his jaw while she put a plaster on the cut just above his right eyebrow
Alex wanted to apologize but where would she start? Would he welcome her back into his house after her ridiculous outburst? Hell would he still want her after her actions?
The fact that he was silent wasn't helping, she didn't know what he was thinking or if he was still mad at her
He hadn't spoken to her after leaving the university, all he did was watch her take care of his wounds
Sighing she got up and packed the medical tools in the first aid and exited the room
She stood and sighed as she looked at the bed where they both laid happily a few days back, she wondered if they'd do that again one day
About to take another step, she felt his arms around her waist and his head on top of hers
"Where are you going?" He lazily said
"Home" she answered
He was silent
Tyler pulled away and led her to the bed, he laid down and pulled her to his chest and closed his eyes
Alex snuggled into him, she had missed this, she had missed him, his cent, his touch
She put his hand on his chest and looked up to him
"Tyler?" Her voice came out broken
She hadn't realized she was crying until she sniffed
Tyler opened his eyes
"I'm sorry" she apologized
"It's okay" he said as he shuffled and wiped her tears with his thumbs
"I never sat down and thought how you were feeling and I just-"
"It's okay ...we both did the same didn't we" he said "I beat up your brother without thinking how you'd have felt and I'm sorry for that"
Alex sniffed
"I thought you didn't want me anymore" Alex said in a small voice
"Gosh Alex why would you think that, I thought I lost you it drove me crazy" he caressed her cheek and looked into her eyes "I'm just glad your right here next to me"
He watched her sad face turn a bit into a smile before she buried her face in his chest, that made him smile
At that moment he knew and realized
He had completely fallen in love with the girl in in his arms

"Ben!"
"Good morning Alex" he greeted
Alex stepped aside and Bennard gladly stepped inside Tyler's apartment and walked into the living room
"Hmm not bad for a 21 year old boy" he said as he looked around the house
"What are you doing here Ben" Alex folded her arms as she smiled at him
Bennard turned around and raised his eyebrows as he took in her outfit, a big t-shirt with fluffy socks
"He sure was right" Bennard muttered
Tyler appeared from the hallway shirtless with sleepy eyes
"Tyler" Bennard greeted him
"Ben" Tyler nodded at him before walking to Alex
He pecked her temple and murmured a good morning before he walked to the kitchen
"Here to drop these" he said as he dropped a bag Alex hadn't noticed on the floor "your toiletries, favourite PJs, jeans and flipflops"
"Awww thank you Ben" Alex excitedly said as she walked to the bag "you just made my life easier by bringing these here"
"You're welcome"
"How'd you know I was here though" Alex asked as she looked into the bag
"Well after that fight yesterday I figured you took that one home for medical attention?" He said and looked at Tyler "which I must say Tyler your habit of violence is becoming retarded, might want to clear that up if you want to put a ring this one's one day"
"Roger" Tyler said
"How'd you know bout that" Alex asked as she stood up
"The university social media platform" he said before he started walking to the door Alex following behind "I'll be on my way now"
"Makes sense, please keep in touch and update me about Angelo alright ...I don't want to know things when they get worse" Alex said as Bennard walked out of the apartment
"Only if he allows me to" Bennard said
"I'll tell Grandpa Anold and Stan if you won't give me updates"she threatened
Bennard's face turned in horror at the mention of the two names
"You have my word I'll tell you everything" Bennard said right away
"Snitch" Alex heard Tyler snort
"Thank you" she smiled
"I'll be on my way now, have a good day"
Alex nodded with a triumphant smile on her face and closed the door
She turned around and flinched, Tyler was standing in front of her staring
"You scared me" she laughed as she hit his chest
Tyler gave her a sided smile before he leaned down and captured her lips
