Focus was a very important thing when you are in a situation where you're surrounded by students, with one man or woman in front of you airing out information that would be useful in the near future for your grades
Grades were very important to Alex, of course yes she was focused but her mind wouldn't help but sneak in a few images of Tyler's dimpled smile here and there
That got her smiling to herself, but would revert back to normal once the lecture pulled her back with his voice
I could look at his dimples all day
FOCUS ALEX!!!
Yeah okay, I'm focused
The class went on and on like that until the last final word from the lecture, as soon as he exited the room the class became noisy which was her cue to start parking
"Hi" a girl greeted her
"Hey" she smiled
Weird
She stood up and carried her bag before putting it where it belonged, her back and walked to the class's corridor steps
"Hi Lexi" another classmate of hers waved
She waved back with a smile as she descended down the steps
Okay?
Was it just her, or she was getting extra attention. She took out her phone and tapped on WhatsApp as she exited her class
Luckily for her, her class was on the first floor which meant no elevator journeys. She slowly walked in the hallway as she watched the messages load up on her phone

She smiled as she read Tyler's message from chat screen, she tapped his chat to respond
Alex
I was with you two hours ago silly
"Lexi hey"
Alex looked up and halted in her tracks when she recognized the voice of who mentioned her name
"Hi"
"Can we talk?"
"Umm" she answered unsure if she wanted that talk
"I won't take long, actually I wanted to apologize for what I did ..you know last sem, wasn't appropriate ..I shouldn't have cheated on you"
"It's okay Louis ...things happen" she said as she tried to take a step away from him to leave
"Yeah" Louis said as he blocked her way "I just ..I've been wanting to talk to you but you ..I wanted to apologize and get this off my chest but I thought you would never get it right given the circumstances that we separated"
Alex low key furrowed her eyebrows at what he was getting at
"I love you Alex"
Alex let out an aspirated sigh
"I have ever since I lost you and all I wanted is to get you back ...I've been a douche to you I know but give me another chance"
Alex shook her head
Was he serious? Where did that even come from, why was he telling her that now. Of course it wasn't important but why all of the sudden
"Louis ...I can't "
"Just another, is all I ask and I'll show you that I can be a better person just for you" he said desperately
Alex shook her head before walking past him
