I was about to ring Ash when I wussed out.. Again.

"God... Fuck me" I grunt under my breath in frustration, my fingers rubbing in circles on my temples.

"Only for five dollars." Buster joked from behind me in the kitchen.

I sucked in a small gasp through my teeth "shut uuup!"

"Come on you've been trying for 30 minutes now, just call." He walked out of the kitchen with sandwiches he just finished. "Here." He handed one to me.

"Thanks." I looked back to my phone. "What if she's not sorry?" I ask myself out loud.

"Well then she lost the best bunny in the world." He grabbed my shoulder and half smiled.

"What a romantic." I said poking him. "But seriously, she's the only friend I've ever had and kept. Maybe..." I trailed off.

Buster looked back over from eating his sandwich. "Maybe?"

"Maybe she just.. didn't want me. Like the rest of them."

"Now don't go there, they don't even know what they're missing."

I sigh kind of ignoring what he has to say.

I turn off my phone and close my eyes.

Buster lightly leaned on me and rubbed my leg affectionately. "You can always call her later, now eat your food so we can leave."

Me and Buster haven't been on any real dates, other then that bar maybe but in not all that sure it counts.

Anyhow he decided to ask me out on one to try to distract me from everything.
