Chapter 11

             "Mama sure loves you," Chander said pagkasakay namin ng kotse niya galing sa mall. His backseat is loaded with shopping bags plus the things we bought for the Maja Blanca of my own Mama.

             I just chuckled as I remembered the time before taking a sigh, "I like her too. I thought we'll never get along but it looks like it's the opposite." I might just over-judge her like how I always over-judge people.

             "I told you, Mama's good. She was just knowing you before."

             I nodded at what he said. It made sense, with the reputation I have before, even I might go strict to myself. Dra. Arressa really just know me first before making a move. She even stand long with me before but now kung saan-saan na ako inaaya. We even ate at a restaurant before going home that went so well. Kinamusta niya si Dad and told Chander what happened sa aming pag-shopping. Napangiwi ako ng maalala ang utang ko sa kanila dahil sa pagkaka-ospital ni Dad. Now, the shopping spree.

             "Do we have a problem?" hindi ko akalain na mapapansin pa ni Chander ang pagbabago ng mood ko kahit nagmamaneho siya.

              I shook my head, "I just remembered yung mga utang ko sa 5-6," pati sa inyo ng Mama mo. "But hayaan mo na, magkakatulong naman na kami ngayon nila Mama."

             "How about yung utang mo sa akin? Can you pay that now?" he parked the car beside the road as my eyes grew wider staring at him. Hindi ko akalain na maniningil siya ngayon. "Well?"

              I blinked and gulped, "Biglaan naman—ano . . . pwede next month?" ano bang trip niya? Nakakakaba.

              Chander undone his seatbelt and went closer to me, "It's now or never, Bea," ngisi nito sa akin na kinasandal ko sa upuan. Then his eyes went to my lips, mukhang alam ko na kung ano ang trip niya.

              "I'll pay you now," I gulped when he smirked and proceeded to kiss me, to which I responded almost immediately.

              It was just soft and light at first. Parang naglalambing lang iyon that made my stomach tickle a bit. Then it went deeper that made him savor every bit of my mouth. Para agad akong hinihingal dahil doon at sa init sa loob ng kotse.

              I heaved as he distanced his lips from me saka pinagkatitigan ako and I sat there staring back at me. "Pwedeng makitulog? Bitin. I want to spend time with you more."

              I chuckled at his words and wiped the side of his lips na may lipstick na. "Nah. You need to review for your exams and rest. You can always go to me anytime naman."

              He pecked on my lips again, "Bitin pa din."

              "What about I'll take you out on a date once you finish your exams na?" I negotiated as I feel like he'll love the Rauhaa River.

              "Sounds like a great deal, but what if I top it? Hmm?" hamon nito na kinaisip ko ng maigi.

              This man will surely top it, of course. Kailan ba to naghamon na matatalo siya? "Lulutuan kita ng Maja Blanca ni Mama. Magpapaturo ako."

              "Deal," he pecked on my lips again. "Now, let's unload my car, shall we? Baka iba ma-unload ko." tanggal nito sa seatbelt ko saka mabilis na lumabas ng kotse leaving me shaking my head at his remark.
