Chapter 4

Matt's P.O.V.

"matt what's wrong with river?" nathan asks "she's mad i didn't tell her we are going on tour next week" i say "what you didn't tell her?" nick asks "no" i say "why?" nick asks

"she always hates when we go, i just thought one of you would have" i say "i thought you already did" chris said and nick nods. "i don't know, i guess she's mad at me. kind of annoying" i say

"let her have her fit, she will be fine later. you know this" nathan says "i know i know" i say pulling up to the drive through. chris orders and we get our food. "do y'all wanna go bowling?" alahna asks

"hell yes" nathan says "matt ask river if she wants to go" alahna says and i nod. i get on my phone and go to her contact. "can't one of y'all do it?" i ask "no matt" nick yells at me.

"guys she didn't answer" i say "im just going to call her" nathan says. the phone rings once and she answers. wow. "hey what are you doing?" he asks "watching tvd why?" she asks

"why didn't you answer matt's text?" he asks "i didn't want to" she says and i roll my eyes. "do you want to go bowling?" nate asks "no" she says "come on river" alahna says "okay whatever" she says

"we will be there in ten" nate says and she hangs up. "she's pretty mad at you" nathan says "i don't even understand why" i say "i don't know man, talk to her yourself" he says

i start the car and head to her house. a few minutes later we arrive. alahna texts her and she comes out soon. once again she is wearing my hoodie. she gets in and sits by alahna.

"hey bae" alahna says and hugs her. "what's up babes" river says hugging her back. "nothing just missing you, you left me with these idiots all day" she says "sorry i was mad" i say and she laughs.

River's P.O.V.

"matt let's go" chris says and he starts driving. we soon get there and we all get out. i walk with nick and alahna all of us with our arms joined together and we head in. the boys set everything up and we start.

chris goes first and he only misses one. "what the heck" he says and everyone laughs. we all bowl for a little while until it's nathan's turn. he goes up and he bowls the ball, but he slips and falls.

everyone in the entire bowling alley laughs at him. "hey you got a strike though" i say and everyone claps for him. we all soon finish and chris won. "i don't know how you won" matt says

"because i'm the bestest" he says "bestest?" i question him. "yeah bestest" he says and jumps in the air. we all get back in the car and head home for the rest of the night, but matt and i never talked to each other.
