CHAPTER 8 - ALMOST CAUGHT

ATHARV'S POV

"Hi Shipra aunty" I said nervously while thinking how to escape this deadly situation.

"What are you doing here Atharv? " She asked

"Umm ...umm oh yes I have come here to buy some vitamin tablets as I feel really weak nowadays "

"You should take care of yourself beta, eat properly and have adequate amount of sleep" She adviced

"Yes I will surely follow these aunty but now I have to go as I have some important work" I said hurriedly and took the medicines

"Oh let me drop you Atharv "

"No no aunty I have brought my car" I said quickly and rushed out of the shop

"What happened Atharv why were you running " asked Kiana as soon as I came to her.

"I met Shipra aunty"

"Who?"

"Mahi's mother "

"Oh my god what did she say? did she get to know about us?"

"Nothing, I somehow escaped from there"

"Thank god " She sighed in relief.

"Now let's leave this place quickly " I said and we both sat in my car and left the hospital

END OF ATHARV'S POV

KIANA'S POV

Atharv dropped me home and as soon as I entered my house I saw Shanaya's car parked in our courtyard.

"Is she here?" I thought

"But she did not inform me about it"

Anyways I shrugged off and went inside my house to find Mom watching television.

"Oh beta you came, Shanaya is waiting for you at your room, she came here to borrow your dress so I told her to take it herself as you weren't there" said Mom

"Oh no that means she has opened my almirah where my pregnancy reports are kept " I screamed internally

I quickly rushed to my room only to find Shanaya having my reports in her hand and reading them with a shocked expression.

Now what is going to happen I cried mentally

As soon as Shanaya felt my presence in the room she turned towards me with confusion and shock all over her face.

"Umm..ummm" I stuttered

"What is this Kiana ? Are you really pregnant " She said

"Who is the father?"

"How could you betray your family " She said in an accusing tone.

I couldn't tolerate all her accusations and broke down

"I know I did wrong but I love that person unconditionally, this is just the product of our love and I am not sorry for this" I cried falling down on the floor

Soon she engulfed me in a tight hug

"I am sorry I shouldn't have been so harsh on you" She said

"But who is the father?"

"Atharv " I whispered

"Wha..what , Atharv ,my brother? " She said in a tone of disbelief

"Yes we love eachother a lot and I am pregnant with his baby "
