CHAPTER 10- MY SUPPORT

ATHARV'S POV

"Kiana" I screamed seeing her laying lifelessly on the floor

My heart went numb and my entire body was shaking due to fear.

I ran to her and kept her head on my lap and patted her cheeks to wake her up but she did not move an inch. Tears kept streaming from my eyes.

"Stay away from her" screamed her farther and tried to push me away but I did not budge from my position.

I quickly picked her up in bridal style and ran towards my car to take her to the hospital.

"Doctor " I screamed as soon as I entered the hospital. Soon many nurses came and laid her down on the stretcher and took her.

All this while I was pacing back forth outside the room where Kiana was kept.

"God please make her fine and keep my baby safe. If anything happens to them I will die"

I saw Kiana's father along with her mother and my parents coming towards me

"Where is Kiana?" Her father asked

"Inside" I showed him the room where she was being checked.

"Because of you my daughter is in this condition, I won't leave you" he shouted while he held me by my collar.

"Stop blaming my son. It must be your daughter who seduced him" said my father

I have no energy left to fight with them. The only thing that is going on in my mind right now is Kiana's well being.

Soon the door of the room opened and the doctor came out.

"Doctor is she fine ? Is my baby fine?" I asked her

"Mr Malhotra she is fine but as you know she is pregnant and being stressed made her faint. This could be really fatal for both the child and the mother so keep her happy and stress free" said the doctor

What !!! this could have been fatal for Kiana and my baby. The thought of anything bad happening to them were giving me chills.

"Doctor we want to abort the baby" said Kiana's father

Hearing this statement made a volcano errupt in me.

"How dare you think of killing my baby" I shouted

" She is my daughter, I can make her do anything "

"See abortion is not possible as she is very weak, if we try to abort the baby not only the baby will die but the mother can also die " said the doctor

No no I won't ever let this happen

"What.." said Kiana's father all shocked.

"Doctor can I meet her now" I asked

"No right now she has been given some medicines and due to its effect she is sleeping, you can meet her once she wakes up "

"Ok" I replied

The doctor after saying this went away.

"Let's go Shikha from today onwards we don't have any daughter " said her father and dragged her mother away with him who was begging him to stop but it all went in vain.

"Atharv now it's your turn to choose. Us or kiana?" said my father.

"Please beta come with us " pleaded my mother

"No mom I choose Kiana" I said determinedly . I will never leave her side

"Please Atharv " cried my mother
