(y/n) pov - time skip to after the ink cave fight
Me and Octavio sucked out all the fuzzy ooze. I'm so glad this will all be over soon. He drops me off on the space ship, so I can look for Eri
DJ Octavio: You're on your own kid.
Me: Thanks.
I start looking around.
Me: Come on come on come on.
I see her.
Me: Eri!
Pull the pod out, and strap it to my back. It was surprisingly light, but it makes sense because it was about 3/4 my size.
We did it, we sucked up all the fur balls, I have Eri in her pod on my back, and the ship is about to blow... oh shit.
Marie: (y/n) get off that ship!
Me: Yeah, I'm working on it.
Mr. Grizz: You think...
Me: What-
Mr. Grizz: You could leave... without giving your two week notice?
I he starts running and crawling his way to me.
Mr. Grizz: I'LL SHOW YOU A TWO WEEK NOTICE!!!
He grabbed me and jumped off the exploding ship, leaving us plummeting to earth.
I start to pass out, but look at Eri before I do.
On earth
Deep Cut and the new Squidbeak Splatoon made it to the surface. When they got to the city they saw what was happening.
They started panicking.
Marie: No no no no, come on think damnit.
Callie: This can't be happening.
Shiver: Captain, what do we do?
Captain: I...
Everyone looks to her.
Captain: I don't know.
Frye:... What?
Captain: This wasn't supposed to happen, we were all supposed to be fine! why is this happening?
Dread starts to settle in.
Harmony: Hey!
Pearl: We're here too!
Marina: What she said.
Frye: Harmony? Off The Hook?
Harmony: Give us connection to his headphones, quick!
Marie: O-ok.
After a bit, Marina opened her laptop, and pressed the space bar.
Marina: I hope you're right about this, Harmony
Harmony: Me too.

I hear music and open my eyes and look down, and nearly have a heart attack. I start to panic and think of what to do.
I hear Marie's voice, and I calm down.
Mr. Grizz: This is why you always do something yourself. Can't rely on minions to kill something!
