After everyone went to bed, Jay am I finally finished showering and headed back to our room.

"There you guys are. Come in." Soap ushered us into a room.

"What would you guys like to drink? We have beer and margaritas." Soap held up a beer bottle and a can.

"Oh, I'll take a beer!" Jay took the glass bottle and I took the can.

"Thank you, sir."

"Please, when it's just us, call me Soap."

I turned and jumped when I saw Ghost sitting on a beanbag, playing with a switchblade.

"Hello sir."

He nodded but didn't look away.

I glanced around before looking away.

"Have a seat ladies."

Soap and Jay sat next to each other and I sat next to Ghost.

I fiddled with my phone and watched Jay and Soap talk and laugh.

I glanced at Ghost.

He was still staring at me and playing with his knife.

"Nice blade." I looked at him.

He nodded but said nothing.

Awkward.

I looked back at Soap and Jay.

They were drinking their beer.

"Want anything to drink?" I asked Ghost, looking at him again.

He thought for a second.

"I'll get it myself."

He stood up and grabbed two beers and opened them both.

He came back and sat down on the beanbag.

Okay, this is really awkward.

What the fuck do I do?!

I drank my drink and licked my lips.

It's actually good.

"Do you like it?" I looked at Ghost and nodded.

"Yeah. It's good. Thank you sir."

He nodded and stared at me as he brought his bottle up to his lips.

I sipped my drink.

I should get another.

I finished my drink and got another can.

"Make that your last one." Ghost sipped on his third beer.

"Yes sir."

"Aw, come on! LT, let her drink! We're celebrating!"

"I'm not letting her throw up on me again."

I blushed.

"I'm sorry, sir."

I slowly sipped my drink and ate some buns they had for us.

"How's your friend?"

I looked at Ghost confused.

"Sorry?"

"Your friend. You said you made a friend. How do you like him?"

"Oh, I like him a lot. It's nice having someone to talk to. He doesn't talk out loud but I don't mind."

He nodded and sipped his drink.

"Hey, what ever happened to those two girls that fought us in the bathroom?" Jay asked and I looked at Soap who laughed.

"We discharged them from the army. We have no room for infighting here."

I felt a bit of guilt. We were also at fault, but I can't get kicked out of here.

They'll have to take the blame.

It's the way the world works.

Is karma gonna come back to bite me in the ass?

I hope not.

Next thing I knew, I had finished another can and a bottled of beer.

Shit, I don't feel good.

Ghost was staring at me.

Jay laughed and danced with Soap.

She looks as drunk as I feel.

I looked around and then moved my beanbag against Ghost's beanbag.

"I don't feel so good..."

"I told you not to drink anymore."

I moved his arm around me and laid my head on his chest.

He sighed and I closed my eyes with a spinning head.

"You look and feel a lot like my friend Simon, you know that?"

"Do I?"

"Mhm."

"Strange coincidence."

"Yeah.... Yeah..."

I fell asleep.
