The silent car ride and the crashing of waves resonated with the evening vibes. But your husband's silence and ignorance was destroying the peace. You were used to being in a silent and peaceful environment but after getting married, in less than a few days he felt like home to you and you got used to his presence and his comforting words. Right now when he walked out of the car and didn't bother to get you out like he used to, it sent a pang in your heart. As much as you liked his soft side you were now scared of his silent side.

You decided to not follow him inside but watch him enter the palace alone. As the door closed behind him, you breathed out, running a ran over your arms to protect yourself against the cool breeze. You needed it, something to send a cold frenzy in you and chill you to the bones. Fights exhaust you too and no one knew that, it was always others pouring out their anger and you taking it in like a dish washing sponge.
No one ever turned back to see if you are doing fine after all the words of every degree of hurt sent your way. You were left alone, everytime, to cope and cry to sleep. You knew that today you have to do that too. So you turned and walked towards the thrashing yet calming sea. Stepping in your beige stilettos you held yourself on the rugged path and stood a few inches away from the high landed rock which separated the land and the sea. You breathed in, letting your eyes soak once again.

Was it your fault that you were taught to be a good wife first? Was it your fault that the people around always expected you to be perfect? Was it your fault that you were  princess and not a prince? These questions were not necessary but your conscience couldn't help ask your mind. You never found answers to these questions anyways but today you let your mind wander free.

Looking over at the crashing waves you stood silently. Prying a little longer until you didn't remember what minutes feel like and then an hour passed. Standing in heels on a rocky path wasn't easy but today you challenged yourself like life has been challenging you all along.

You were busy in the sound of the waters so much that you didn't notice the rustle of twigs and grass behind you until a minute later when you were rubbing your arms with crossed over hands, you felt a muffler drape over you. Stunned you look back to see your husband balancing a tray of coffee cups in one hand and draping the muffler with the other. When you turned your neck to look back you came face to face with your husband at a breathe's distance and you couldn't help but adore his beauty and masculinity contrasting together. He too looked in your eyes not saying a single word but silence speaking volumes.

When none of you said a word but continued to stare you decided to break the eye contact, looking away and placing your hands over the muffler to cover your arms properly. Your lips shortened into a thin line as Seokjin now stood by your side, not communicating but forwarding the tray in front, for you to grab your mug of coffee and that's what you did. Bringing the cup to your lips after getting your hands on them, you tasted the coffee which you were sure was made by Beatrice but with a hint of specific taste in it: it was brewed differently.
