"Ladies and gentlemen, Maeve Gallagher." The lights shined over her figure as she started strumming her guitar.
"My shadowed hatred lingers within me and my bones, I want it to go away but it won't." Maeve started to sing as she focused on the chords.
"Do you think you could make me better? All you have to do is love me like I love you." She sung softly.
"Please, oh, please don't go yet. My way of thinking makes me feel sick. No, no, please don't leave me here, I can't cope anymore with this paralysing fear that will most likely stay with me until I die."

Maeve played the same notes again but this time it was faster and more upbeat. "You and I are back at it again, teasing and laughing at each other's mistakes but I know I was yours."

Maeve smiled as she waved at the audience. Her attention instantly went to her friends who were stood at the side cheering for her. She was more than happy.
