chapter 17: the countdown has begun

After the recent battle the riders/heroes returned to base and Adam and Len turned off their armor. Eubulon and Kit went to them.

Kit: what happened

An Yu: the good news is that the monsters are gone

Owlette: the bad news is that Catboy got five of our advent beast cards and it seems our armor won't work without them

Eubulon: unfortunately you won't be able to become riders without those cards so we need to get them back

Kit: well we still haven't been able to find out who the possible spy is

Gekko: we already know who it is

Eubulon: who is it. he said as the others looked at Owlette

Kit: Owlette is the spy

Len: Catboy told us that the last time she fought him she dropped the machine and he took it

Eubulon: why did you do that

Owlette: him taking it was an accident, and I had a feeling I should take it with me

Eubulon: well right now we don't know who B,C,C is so he could be with Xaviax and now they have it. he said as the computer beeped

Trent: it looks like we got another message from B,C,C

Newton Star: what is it this time. he said as Trent pulled it up

Trent: it is a coordinate. he said kind of surprised

Eubulon: Len take the power heroes and go to that location and see what is there

Len: wait you want me to take Owlette when we don't know if we trust her or not

Eubulon: right now we have to put that past us cause we need everyone we got to save the day. he said as the others went to the coordinate

Len: we are close to the coordinate so be prepared for anything. he said as the others were ready

When they got to the coordinates they saw that at the exact spot the coordinate pointed out was a pedestal and on it was a long black box with a note on it. They carefully approached it and saw the not and bow were from B,C,C

Ice Cub: he left these for us

An Yu: should we open it

Newton Star: it could be a trap

Gekko: maybe open it carefully and slowly

Len grabbed the note and Owlette then grabbed the lid and slowly moved it up and she managed to remove it with nothing happening and then they saw that in the boxes were the five advent beast cards that were taken

Gekko: our cards. he said as the five took their cards and saw that the gold symbols came back

An Yu: nice to have these back but what does the card say. she said as Len took out the card

Len: Riders, I managed to give you back your cards because you are going to need them. Xaviax and Romeo are done with their machine that will help them take over all the worlds, you need to get to them and stop them before they turn it on. from B,C,C. Len said as he was reading the card

Ice Cub: uh oh we need to hurry and defeat them

Newton Star: I would like to know how this B,C,C person got our cards

Len: wait P.S. your time of knowing who I am is getting closer. he said as he was reading the last part of the message

An Yu: well that is good to know

Owlette: Eubulon needs to know this. she said as they went back to base

Eubulon: so what did you find

Ice Cub: we got our cards back. he said as they showed they got them back

Len: and it turns out Xaviax's and Romeo's machine is done and they could activate it at anytime

Eubulon: I see so the countdown has begun, riders with me we need to finish this now. he said as they went with him to discuss their plan.
