As you lay in your hospital bed, feeling weak and vulnerable, you couldn't believe your eyes when Katsuki Bakugo walked through the door. Your heart fluttered with a mixture of surprise and joy as he approached you, holding a bouquet of roses in his hand.

"Hey," he said, his voice softer than you had ever heard it before. "I heard what happened. I brought these for you." He handed you the flowers, and you couldn't help but smile, feeling a warmth spread through you at his unexpected gesture of kindness.

"Thank you, Katsuki," you replied, your voice barely above a whisper. "I really appreciate it."

He nodded, his expression serious as he took a seat beside your bed. For a moment, you sat in silence, the only sound in the room the soft beeping of the heart monitor beside you.

Then, he reached into his pocket and pulled out a small envelope. "I wrote you a letter," he said gruffly, handing it to you. "I don't... I'm not good with this kind of stuff, but I wanted you to know..."

You took the envelope from him, your hands trembling slightly as you opened it. Inside, you found a handwritten note, the words written in Katsuki's bold, distinctive script. As you read his words, tears welled up in your eyes, overwhelmed by the depth of emotion in his message.

"I didn't realize... I didn't know you were struggling like this," he had written. "But I'm here for you. We all are. And... I care about you more than just a classmate. I... I like you, okay? So please, please get better."

You couldn't believe what you were reading. Katsuki Bakugo, the tough and confident hero-in-training, was admitting his feelings for you in the most vulnerable way possible. Your heart swelled with a mixture of happiness and disbelief as you looked up at him, your vision blurry with tears.

"Katsuki..." you whispered, reaching out to take his hand. "Thank you. Thank you so much."

He squeezed your hand tightly, his expression softening as he met your gaze. "You're not alone in this," he said quietly. "I'll be here for you, every step of the way."

The next day, as you laid in your hospital bed, surrounded by the soft glow of the afternoon sunlight filtering through the curtains, the sound of excited chatter filled the room. You glanced up from the letter Katsuki had given you, your heart skipping a beat as you saw your classmates pouring into the room, their faces filled with concern and care.

Kirishima was the first to reach your bedside, his trademark grin lighting up his face as he clasped your hand in his. "Hey, buddy, how are you feeling?" he asked, his voice filled with genuine concern.

"I'm... I'm okay," you replied, your voice shaky with emotion. "Just taking it one day at a time."

Mina bounded over next, her pink hair bouncing with every step. "We brought you some snacks!" she exclaimed, holding out a bag filled with all my favorite treats. "And some magazines to keep you entertained."

"She has bulimia you dumbass, you can't just give her a huge quantity of food she likes, she might binge purge on it" Bakugo exclamed.

You were quite shocked that he knew your triggers, not everyone is well educated about eating disorders especially not bulimia nervosa.

"I appreciate the gesture Mina! But Bakugo is right, I sadly can't have binge foods around so early in my recovery. One day I'll get there though!" You say with hope.

"I am so sorry, Y/n, I didn't know! Since you would eat these snacks so quickly at the dorms we thought they made you happy, but it makes sense that they would trigger you. Everything makes more sense now."

Iida approached next, his usually stern expression softened with worry. "I'm glad to see you're doing better," he said earnestly. "Please let us know if there's anything we can do to help."

Shoto stood quietly by the door, his heterochromatic eyes filled with concern as he watched you from a distance. "I'm sorry I couldn't be here sooner," he said softly. "But I'm here now, and I'm here for you."

And then there was Midoriya, his green eyes filled with a mixture of guilt and concern as he approached you hesitantly. "I'm so sorry," he said, his voice barely above a whisper. "I should have noticed sooner. I should have..."

You reached out and squeezed his hand, cutting off his apology. "It's not your fault, Izuku," you reassured him. "I didn't want anyone to know... But I'm getting help now. And with all of you here, I know I can get through this."

As your classmates gathered around you, their presence a tangible reminder of the strength of your friendship, you felt a sense of hope wash over you. No matter what challenges lay ahead, you knew that you wouldn't have to face them alone. With your friends by your side, you were ready to take on anything.

As you looked around at your friends, tears of gratitude streaming down your cheeks, you knew that you were going to be okay.

Throughout your recovery process, you continued to get visits from your classmates and letters from Bakugo.

You organized the letters in a box you decorated. You cherished them with your whole heart.

Today was the day you finally get discharged. As you stepped out of the hospital, breathing in the fresh air of freedom, you couldn't help but feel a sense of exhilaration coursing through you. And there he was, Katsuki Bakugo, waiting for you with that familiar determined expression on his face.

"Ready to get out of here?" he asked, offering you a small smile.

You nodded eagerly, feeling a surge of gratitude towards him for being there for you every step of the way. Together, you walked to a nearby cafe, the warmth of the sun on our faces a stark contrast to the sterile hospital walls you had grown accustomed to.

As you settled into a cozy corner booth, you couldn't help but marvel at the simple joy of being able to sit across from Katsuki in a bustling cafe, surrounded by the chatter of other patrons and the aroma of freshly brewed coffee.

You ordered your drinks and pastries, the anticipation building as you waited for them to arrive. When they finally did, you couldn't help but let out a contented sigh as you took a sip of your latte and savored the sweetness of the éclair.

Katsuki watched you with a mixture of amusement and fondness, his own expression softening as he indulged in his own treats. You talked and laughed, sharing stories and dreams as if you had all the time in the world.

After you finished your snacks, Katsuki suggested you head back to the dorms. As you walked, you couldn't shake the feeling of nervous excitement bubbling up inside me. This was it, your first real date.

When you arrived, Aizawa was waiting for you and Katsuki, his gaze assessing as he took in your appearance. "Welcome back," he said gruffly, before turning to address you directly. "I've made some arrangements for you, considering your recent struggles. Bakugo will be assigned to eat with you and keep you distracted during meals to prevent any relapses."

You felt a wave of gratitude wash over you at Aizawa's words, knowing that he and the rest of the faculty had your best interests at heart. With their support and Katsuki by your side, you knew that you could finally conquer your demons and embrace a brighter future ahead.
