As I got out of my car at the busy airport and walk with my luggage, my eyes land on manik.
I see him.
He is right infront of my eyes.
After one whole year of desperately missing him. There he is, right in front of me, buying a hot chocolate. After everything he put me through, he's just casually buying a drink.
"No sugar, please," his voice, the sound I craved for so long, sent chills down my spine.
I felt a surge of conflicting emotions. I wanted to run to him, to hug him tightly and never let go. But I also wanted to punch him, to scream at him for everything he did to me. And deep down, I wanted to cry, to pour out all the hurt and frustration that had been building up inside me for years.
With a dramatic flourish, I released my grip on my luggage, letting it crash to the ground. I dashed towards him like a madwoman, snatching the hot chocolate from his hand and flinging it to the ground.
He stared at me, clearly taken aback, his expression a mix of surprise and confusion. Before he could gather his thoughts, I punched him hard across the face.
