We left home and settled ourselves in the car, him driving and me in the passenger seat as usual.

I was looking out from the window, and soft music was playing. I was blushing thinking our deeds a few times ago.

"Why are you smiling so much?" he asked while his gaze was fixed in front

"Nothing," I answered and turned my head towards the window

Oh God! What good deeds I did, that I got a loving and caring husband like him.

"Stay with me when we reach there," he said, and I muttered a small, okay

After some time, we reached the venue. He got off girst and came around the car and opened the door for me, and forwarded his hand to me.I took his hand and got off the car.

He pulled me closer and put his hand on my waist. There were a lot of people there, including paparazzi and guards.

A lot of cameras were flashed towards us, but we made our way inside as I became nervous seeing so many cameras pointing at me.

As we entered, I got a little nervous seeing many people who were completely strangers to me.

"Relax, it's just a party," he whispered near my ear, and I nodded

"Good evening, Mr. Raghuvanshi, thank you for coming. " A man in his 30s came towards us and shook his hand with Raj

"Good evening, Mr. Kashyap, " he greeted him back

"And this lady must be your wife," he said, directing towards me

"Yes, Mrs. Nandini Abhiraj Raghuvanshi, My wife, " he said proudly

"Hello, Mr kashyap, nice to meet you," I said

"Nice to meet you too, Mrs Raghuvanshi," he said. "I will see you around," he added

"Yeah, sure," Raj said, and that man left

We met other business partners, and Raj introduced me to them. To be true, it was nice to be introduced as his wife.

I was with some ladies, who are the wives and daughters of the businessmen, I don't know why, but most of them seem fake.

"Congratulations on your wedding," a woman, Mrs Sharma, said, she seemed nice.

I thanked her.

"Both of you look so beautiful together," she said

Before I could say something, a girl in her late 20s said

"But don't you think, she is a bit younger and much naive, to be Abhiraj's wife."

Her statement made me fume in anger.

"May I know your know name?" I asked

"Aditi Tyagi," she said

"Ms. Tyagi, first of all, it's Mr Raghuvanshi for you, and second thing, it was our mutual decision to get married, and both of us love each other. So, I don't think age or anything else matters, and your useless opinion is not at all required, " I said, and her face turned into anger, and she left the place quickly, stomping her feet

As if I care!

I roamed my eyes around and spotted my husband standing at some distance, holding a drink, staring directly at me.

I shoot him a glare, and he gave me a questioning look, I raised my eyebrows and pointed towards his hand. He quickly understood and kept the glass back.

I walked over to him and he snaked his hand into my waist.

"What did you said to her" he asked

"Nothing much, just telling her not to poke her nose into other's matters" I said

"When did my innocent wife turned into a sassy one" he questioned me raising his eyebrow

I stood on my toes to match his height and whispered near his ear

"Trust me, Mr Raghuvanshi, I have many other shades too"

He gave me teasing smirk and said

"Can't wait for that"

Hey lovelies!

Short chapter, but next one will be truly amazing
