As the day went by it seemed to get better.

Leo had that effect on me.

My life seemed to fall back into place.

I was no longer the center on attention and freshman year was as planed.

The only thing that pissed me off today as Anna. She didn’t seem to get the memo that Leo and I were back together.

I told her back off more than once but she likes to test me, see how far she can go.

I lost Leo once and I wasn’t going to lose him again.

He meant too much to me.

The day sped by and it was finally eight period.

Blake, Mitch and I walked with each other as we walked to our classes.

I left the two boys and walked into my Bio class.

The first thing I saw was Anna hanging onto to Leo and he was smiling.

Oh hail no!

I walked over there and pulled her off of him.

“What part of ‘me and Leo are back together’ don’t you understand?”

She smirked at me. “The ‘me’ part,”

“Really?”

“Yeah, I think you meant ‘Anna’”

”No, I meant me, as in Ryan,”

“Ew, Leo and Ryan, that sounds horrible, Anna and Leo sounds better,”

“My fist in your face sounds pretty good too,”

“Girls,” Leo said. “Chill out,”

“Yeah, Ryan, chill,”

“What’s your problem, Anna, you’ve had beef with me for a while,”

“My problem is that you have Leo and everyone knows that I’ve liked him since grade school,”

“I didn’t know that,” Leo said.

“I doesn’t matter,” I said to him. “You snooze you lose,”

The bell rang and the substitute walked in. “Take your seats,”

I walked to my seat and began the sub-work.

Once the period was over I walked over to Leo and glared at him.

“What now?”

“You’re suppose to be on my side,”

“Only when you’re right,”

“Leo,”

“Ryan, leave Anna alone, she’s harmless,”

“She didn’t look so harmless in the beginning of class,”

“Do you hear yourself?”

“You mean a lot me, Leo, I lost you once and I don’t want to lose you again,”

Leo gave me a kiss on the lips and hugged me. “You’ve got me, okay?”

I nodded my head and smiled. “Okay, fine,”

“Your place after your detention?”

“Sounds good,” I smiled.

I gave him a kiss and headed to the detention room.

*Tyler’s Point Of View*

I was sitting on the belchers after football practice, thinking.

Ryan really does love Leo.

She seems so much happier now.

I miss her though.

Today wasn’t as fun without her.

I didn’t feel like the king of the world.

I sighed and ran my hand through my hair.

Why do I miss her so much?

Ryan is just a girl…no she’s not.

She’s something special.

That’s why I’m still at school.

I’m waiting for her detention to be over so I can give her a ride home.

I stood up and started to head to the school’s main doors.

As I walked I saw Leo with some chick.

“Why do you like her so much?” I heard her say.

“She’s amazing,”

“You thought I was amazing for a while,”

“I did and you are, but Ryan means a lot more to me,”

I stopped in my tracks as I the chick kiss Leo. He didn’t try to fight her or anything.

He pulled away and smiled. “I should go,” he said before walking off.

She crossed her arms over her chest as she watched him leave.

I clinched my jaw and continued walking.

I was just in time to see Ryan walk out of the school.

“Hey,” I smiled pulling my hands in my pockets.

“Hi,” she smiled.

“Want a ride?”

“Sure,” she smiled. “Thanks,”

“Anytime,”

We walked to my car in silence.

“I never got a chance to thank you for today. I really appreciate it,”

“It was nothing,”

“How’s your rep?”

“Still number one,”

I smiled. “Glad it worked out in the end,”

“Me too,” I muttered before starting up my car.
