“Say cheese!” the camera man yelled over the music.

Tyler held me close to him and we both smiled.

The camera flashed and we walked over to the man. “Make sure you fill out the form so you can get your pictures,” he said.

Tyler and I thanked him and took a card and filled it out.

We gave it to him and made our way to the dance floor.

“Want to dance?” he asked.

“Sure,” I said taking his hand.

Tyler led me over to the other dancing teenagers. He put his hands on my waist and pulled me close to him. “You look beautiful.”

“You don’t that bad either,” I said smiling at him.

He chuckled before kissing me.

I wrapped my arms around his neck, pulling him closer to me.

We pulled away smiling and started to dance.

The night was pretty fun.

Tyler and I had a blast together and Leo was no where in sight.

Chelsea and Logan won homecoming King and Queen again and shared a dance together.

Tyler and I left at that point. He wanted to take me somewhere.

An hour or so later we arrived at the beach.

“What are we doing here?” I asked as Tyler turned off the car.

“Come on,” he said getting out of the car.

I took off my heels and followed him.

He opened the trunk and pulled out a picnic basket and a blanket.

“A picnic?” I asked smiling a little.

“Tyler fact for the night; I’m a romantic,” he said smiling.

I laughed and followed to the water.

He placed down the blanket and opened the picnic basket. Inside were two peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, with the crust off, along with a bottle of sparkling cider and cheesecake.

“You really didn’t have to do all this,” I said.

“I wanted to,” he said smiling.

I smiled and took out the sandwiches and started to eat.

Tyler and I talked and watched the waves as we eat together. Once we were done we cuddle for a while in silence.

“Let’s take a walk,” Tyler said after a while.

I stood up and walked closer to the water. Tyler joined me and we held hands as we walked along the wet sand.

The water came up and covered our feet then went back into the ocean.

Tyler picked me up and ran into the water.

“Put me down!” I screamed.

“Okay!” he said dropping me into the freezing water.

Once I resurfaced I tried to tackle him but he ended up throwing me on his back and running deeper into the water.

He threw me into the water again and ran away.

I tried to catch up with him but the waves were making it hard to do that.

“You win!” I said walking out of the water.
