I woke up to the sounds of screaming and yelling. I already knew what it was,it was my mom and dad aruging. I was so sick of this i was only 14 and i had to deal with my dad always abusing my mother and i. I hated that nigga with a passion,he never loved us thats why he never tried to get a  job and we had to live off the goverment.I got off of my dirty mattress and follwed the noise,it was in the kitchen. My dad was slapping my mother around and drinking from a brown paper bag. LET GO OF MY MOMMA NIGGA! i jumped on his back trying to help my mother. He quickly threw me off his back sending me flying into the cabients,making my night gown rip.My dad grinned at my momma and started walking to me.JAMES! dont u touch her my momma yelled,he snatched me up by my night gown and stared at me ,dadd-dy why are you looking at me like that? he just smiled at me,my momma hit my dad in the back of his head causing him to drop me,i ran into my room and quickly threw on my dirty pair of sweats and my dirty dress shoes.i climbed out of the fire escape.I ran all the way down the street to my best friend Kirk house,I climbed his fire escape and knocked on his window, KIRKK! i knocked on the window .I seen Kirk quickly get out of bed and open his window,whats wrong Jasmine? My my dady and mommy was flighting again and he he tried to touch me again. He pulled me into his bedroom and locked his door. I will sleep on the floor and u can sleep on my bed. I Nodded and thanked him,no problem he said as he helped me into to bed,i kicked off my shoes and soon fall asleep. Kirks P.o.v KIRK! get up my momma yelled um yes momma? Why is jasmine here again? she asked Her parents got into another arugement and her mother told her to come here i told my momma she looked at jas and nodded okay kirk ,wake her up so we can go get her a change of clothes. I nodded and woke jasmine up,jas get up time for school.I quickly got dressed and we met my mom in the car. As we drove to Jas house she was so quiet and looked at the window the whole way there.We pulled up to her house and we all got out. I mom opened the door and we follwed behind her. NICOLE!! she yelled out jasmine mother name,we walked into her room and seen nicole laid out on the bed and her brains  were all over the bed. Jasmine quickly jumped on top her mom ,MOMMY PLS WAKE UP IM SO SORRY I LEFT U! she had blood all over her shirt ,my momma pulled jasmine away from her momma. We walked into her room and there was her dad laid out with a gun in his hand. Damn this girl cant get a break. She just broke down crying ,i felt bad for her they was the only family she had ,and they were gone. smh(shake my head) my momma called 911 so they can come to get the bodies,jas and my momma just cried together they both had a lost today. Nicole was my momma best friend since they were 6. Once they arrived they took the bodies and the social worker came up to us. Jasmine do you have any more family we can contact?she asked jasmine Jasmine said no quietly and burried her face into my momma chest. Well love bug you will have to come with me she grabbed jasmine from my momma. Jasmine and i started going wild they couldnt take my best friend, i grabbed jasmine hand and pulled her , KIRK DONT LET THEM TAKE ME PLS! she cried out my momma sat there and cried,mommy pls dont let them take her! my momma kept quiet and they put jas in the car. She blew me a kiss and mouthed i will always love you kirk, i mouthed back i will always love you 2 i said as tears poured down my face. I cried even more as i seen the car pull off I just lost my best friend and my 1st love❤
