I woke up slowly in the morning due to the fact that the morning sun was streaming in through the window. I let out a sigh and rolled onto my back with a smile on my face, but it faded when I realized that Adam wasn't beside me in bed.

I sat up in alarm. Where was he? It was then that I caught the scent of bacon wafting into the room. The smile grew back on my face. I tossed the covers off and headed out of the room and into the kitchen.

"Mmm... that smells good," I grinned as I came up behind him and wrapped my arms around his middle. He was only wearing blue shorts, but I decided to ignore that and make myself not blush seeing him without a shirt on.

Adam chuckled and turned around in my arms. "Good. I'm glad you think so, because I made this breakfast just for you."

I grinned and glanced around him at the rest of the food he had made, which was eggs and pancakes, my favorite morning breakfast. I looked back up at him and rested my chin on his chest. "Where'd you get all of this?"

"From the cupboard and fridge silly," Adam replied with a laugh and kissed my head. I blushed slightly and looked down in embarrassment. "Actually, I stocked this place up with food yesterday because I knew we were coming here and I wanted to be prepared for whatever you wanted to have to eat."

"Well you know this is my favorite breakfast so mission complete."

Adam laughed and placed his fingers under my chin and tilted my head up. He kissed me softly and said, "well, of course." He then let me go and turned to flip the bacon. He looked back at me over his shoulder and asked, "do you want to set the table?"

"Sure," I grinned and did as he said, looking for everything and set the table.

It wasn't long after I had finished when Adam had finished cooking breakfast and was putting everything down in the middle of the table.

"Thank you," I said and sat down to eat, piling my plate high with food.

"You're welcome," he replied and he did the same.

After we finished, I helped him clean up and it was soon time to leave. I was sad that we had to go, I loved this place, but I knew I needed to get back home and get back to work. So we left not to long after, heading to his place so I could get Storm and my things before heading home.
